I accidentally dried the hell out of my very fine, low porosity wavy hair, and I'm still trying to get it moisturized again, 3 months later. I have a great lightweight conditioner, but I think it still needs hydration?

what do you recommend to reset and get rid of the build up? my hair looks dry and brittle like hers did at first.
clarifying shampoo about once a month and a mask afterwards
