Watched all the way through wondering how they put chili on it. Turns out it is a chili sauce and not what I would think of as chili for a hot dog but still looked like it would be good. Kind of a mix of pizza bread stick and hot dog.

Yeah I agree, it was a chili paste of sorts, but this was still amazing! I'm sure they could make a super hot dog with a real chili to top it off. We made all beef Nathans hot dogs in the air fryer, Put them on a bun, added a little bit of chili, sealed with cheese on the top and finished in the air fryer. Came out great!!

I spent 2 years on the DMZ (2 consecutive tours Jan 99- Jan 01 1/506 Cp Greaves). I would go down to Seoul quite often on Saturdays. I wish I knew of these then because I definitely would have gone and bought some.

That looks delicious, though I'm not sure about that sweet cream cheese filling. If it was a ketchup and mustard filling with that hotdog, then it'd be a big thumbs up from me. I've noticed that Korean cooking adds sweetness to a lot of their savoury foods that you wouldn't think would be a match.
Only in street foods and restaurant, most people at home do not use much sugar or have sugar laden dessert's. So it fits what almost everyone would like to be paying extra for food on the go or with friends/family/business etc etc that sweet boosts sales a good 20% I would not doubt it for a single second

Right? Every Sox, Cubs, Bull, Bears game, block party, parade, the Taste of Chicago, Petrillo bandshell, every community celebration, July 4th, Columbus day, by the zoos, the lakefront, the beaches and harbors. Put these on a few carts in the Loop during lunch and clean up!
That's if you didn't get mugged or assaulted trying to buy one these days.
@@daveminer9217 There are ways around that being much of a threat in most any area worldwide just saying, and the rate of return is a small percentage of daily sales so though archaic in nature it is worth it to pay for none to be dumb enough in said neighborhood to do any crime against a said business who "donates" a small percentage for this specialized service

😂🤦🏽 hot dogs, mozzarella cheese chili dogs are NOT a Korean food😂😂. I am in my 70’s and we had these quite often in the states back as early as the 1950’s….. i made them for my kids like my mother did for me….. it is obvious that an American stationed in Korea, has shown them several classic recipes that they just expanded on for a business…..
@@Noname-cn4ly Whatever lol. There are many takes on many “dishes”. I have traveled the world and even chain places like McDonalds alter their menu depending upon the region and country.
Those 2 combinations sauce work amazingly well with bread and hotdogs!

Just take some hot dogs and slice them length wise in 3 pcs ,use a crescent roll dough. add the cream cheese and rest of ingredients you see here.Just an idea.
