Looks nice for show bars or bed bars ..a roll bar is welded together and built for protection..
That's mostly what the bed bars are for nowadays anyways, just for show, but they do look nice
I know this is an old video but I saw a video where the bars did come with a single plate for the double bars. I just installed a set in my truck an it was a pain in the but where their holes didnt line up i had to weeble a few out to bolt the main bar to the second bar

Looks awesome!! I am doing mine today. I was debating not putting roll bar in. I didn’t want lose my bed liner. I was told not to install roll bar directly over bed liner. Because water will eventually rot the bed.
Any water under the bed liner should exit out the back. Maybe cut the liner where it mounts to the bed to get a nice fit.

I had a 88 Toyota pickup and got a triple double rollbar installed it was all one piece steel, it was heavy as shit. Also had a 4" suspension lift and a 3" body lift with 39 x 12.5 swampers.

I like them.. Double / singles will not take up much bed space. I still have room to do what I need to.

Where did you run your wires for the KC lights. I have single/single, with the 4 on top. I just don’t know how to run the wires to keep them hidden, thanks.
Thru the bars. It takes some patience but can be done. Start at the top just below the curve and come out the bottom before the base plate. Do that in the inside facing the cab to hide the holes. Easy to do before they are assembled and put in the bed of truck.

I’m thinking about bedlining the bed or at least painting where I drilled to avoid rust, since I have a truck that just doesn’t seem to like the salt. (1997 Nissan D21 4x4).
So did you run the wires through the main bar, or the kicker? I also see you fed the wire through the little hole for the lights, did you snip the end of the connector and feed it through? I don’t have the money to mess something up, and I’m only 15 so I’m trying to learn as much as possible before I do anything. Thanks
I’m currently overhauling mine into a show truck. I bedlined it before installing the bars.

Did you have to bolt the bars in from underneath the truck after drilling the holes? Not sure how to access the underside of the bed

I know this is a old post but how did the 900b bar hold up the one the lights are mounted to I was thinking of getting one but it has mixed reviews

Dumb question...how/where did you run the wiring for the lights?
At the time the wiring wasn’t done yet., truck is now getting a complete overhaul and the wiring is going to run down the inside of the bars to hide the wiring.
Wicked Fabz ok, thanks for the response. I have the single/single with the light bar in my 97 Ford Ranger and really don’t want to zip tip the wires to the outside of the bar. I’m assuming you need to drill holes to drop the wires in and out of the roll bar?
I keep thinking about getting a double hoop single kicker polished for my 1990 Dodge. I'm on the fence 😅 I think they look good. Love the old school look of them. Thanks for the video

What is the name of the bar that is attached to the sports bar that holds the lights? I bought a Rhino bar and need to mount the lights. I need to know what to buy to attach the lights to like you have. All 4 of your lights are attached to this bar and then mounted to the sports bar. That is what I need....
That bar across the top is also mage by go rhino. It’s the light bar and the part num is 900B

I am looking at getting a double/double set of these for my 2004 f250 crewcab shortbed 4x4 lariat powerstroke mainly because I'm horrified of that $1.7billion rollover case going on these years. Would these offer anymore rollover strength/protection for my cab and kids in the backseat? Not that I intend to do crazy offroading I'm just so scared at this point of getting t-boned or having to swerve or something and rolling over
These bolt to the bed. True protection you would want to have a set that is thru the bed and welded to the frame of the vehicle. However something is better than nothing and should add some protection.

Yes. With the light bar it came in at 7’8”. I have 8ft doors

It is go rhino part #900B. Around 4 1/2 feet.

I want to buy this roll bar for my truck along with a chest tool box. What is the widest box that will fit between the bars up against the back of the cab?
To be on the safe side, 4ft would work well with them.

In winter are you going to put tonneau cover on it if yes how?
Truck is getting overhauled and is now a show truck. “Mud Truck” to “Show Truck” SEMA Build is what we are calling it now. Thoughts were to put a cover on it and we would cut the area out around the bars and do some sewing work. I would use a Velcro type cover to do so.

What wheel tires and suspension you running?

Not long. Maybe 2 hours.
