now the soloist here are better than the disney guy but ... lol ... sorry to be a smart ass ... i kinda hoping for a high note on the last solo piece ... put the skinny guy on ... i think he can make that one just nicely

I think this choir did a really good job, but I think the extra instruments took away from the song and more importantly the singers. I can understand the drums but they went a little over the top. This song is so beautiful because its such a simple song and it shows the talent of the singers because all they have to rely on is a piano. I think they did a beautiful job, they just need to get rid of all other instruments minus the piano and drums.

One of the issues with this song was that the lead vocal is quiet but you can still hear. Honestly, this choir, that I am very proud to have been a part of, is one of the best in the state. It's like if you went to a restaurant, ordered the steak and got it as a cremated piece of junk with withered dying vegetables as salad. Then when you complain the chef goes "I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU DO BETTER". While ignoring you don't have to culinary school to note that the steak is shit. You don't have to work in the film industry to say M Night Shyamalan made a travesty called "The Last Airbender".
I admit that the lead vocals were quieter than they needed to be. I also never said that we were the best in the states as I know that we were very far from that. We competed in statewide competitions and won awards for our performances, but I'm not saying by any means that we were the best. I was honored to be able to be a part of this choir for the amount of time that I was in it. We performed Mozart's Requiem and other pieces like that as well as this number. Not our best, by any means, but at the very least we had a blast performing.
