Still can't get over the fact that this was made for Civilization IV
The song wasnt
@@哈哈哈娃哈哈 Yes, it was.
@@哈哈哈娃哈哈
You're wrong. The lyrics are the Lord's Prayer in Swahili, but the music is all composed for Civilization 6 by Christopher Tin.
@@My2Cents1 Civ 4, not civ 6. Believe me, i thought the same but its not.
@@Zamibia LOL yep... you are correct. Point is, it's written for a videogame :P
Pure joy, amazing grace and eternal God's love. One of the most beautiful raising spirit up song ever. Our father in Swahili sounds just wonderful. I wish there were more Christian men like these in this world.
Cette musique est extraordinaire ,elle m'a fait verset des larmes, ils glorifient Dieu ,merci
Moi également, mon cher! ❤
Baba means Jesus. Praise the lord.
Point correction please, " baba" means !" father " ,the song is about a prayer of " our father who is at heaven......"
Praise the lord through songs!
Linda e empolgante musica.....
Bless the rains in Africa always and forever
Emocionante...mil bendiciones desde Argentina 🇦🇷🇦🇷

An agnostic here, but omg do I love my Mormon brothers and sisters. Don't care if we disagree, just keep bringing the beautiful
😘😘😘
No it’s Mormon, it’s by BYU
@@andrewstewart8798 Is it bad that every time I see BYU sing, I try to find Elder Cunningham and Elder Price?

Africa is literally paradise on earth. Proud to be African. 😊😊❤
What a graceful smile of the innocent tribes. I love from Tamilnadu, South india. May their happiness continue my Lord,in Jesus name I 🙏.
Hello from Germany. I so needed this video and song today. Unity is such a wonderful and powerful thing. I’m crying happy tears. Thank you ❤❤❤
I’m sorry but THIS IS WHAT human bonding looks like, human pride no matter what culture can come together over 100,000 years and still be this strong as it was in the very beginning and be in the very same lands where it all began for civilization is amazing
Only fitting it was made for Civ IV
Much love from Uganda 🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬
Athiest here. Doesn't move me anywhere towards religion, but I can find a spirituality in this. Man meeting man and making gorgeous art. Fantastic.
+kmwood11 There's beauty in the realization that religion and spirituality can exist with or without each other. Great observation!
kmwood11 I'm an atheist who wants Christianity to be true. I just can't commit to religion because I can never convince myself it's real.
Real absolute wonderful...
Love it very much...
All the Best Wishes from Germany
I was 3 times in Kenya.
Its my favourite african Country

I HAVE SEEN MORE THAN 12 VERSIONS OF "BABA YETU!! EACH ONE OF THEM HAS A WONDERFUL AND MAGNIFICENT "SPIRIT" . THIS SONG WAS REALLY INSPIRED. AS GIRTHICUS MENTIONED 4 YEARS AGO. "AN ASIAN GUY, COMPOSED IN AN AFRICAN LANGUAGE (SWAHILI) WHICH IS THE LORD´S PRAYER, TAUGHT BY JESUS , A JEW, THE SON OF GOD ALMIGHTY, TO UNITE ALL THE CHILDREN OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER!! HALLELUIAH

It’s amazing to see how the gospel is teaching and praying around the world. God bless all tribes and nation!
I wouldn't mind having this gorgeous song played at my funeral. Brought me to tears and makes my heart sing hearing The Lord's Prayer in Swahili which is a beautiful language and one of my favorites.
Que lindos! Pai nosso que estais no céu... Assim seja! Assim é! Assim será!
Fantastic rendition of Baba Yetu!!!! The video is very inspiring. This what heaven is like where there is no black or white. Everyone is equal. No tears. Just all smiles!

Hi. Can you tell me where I can find the most accurate English translation of this song? I have a ministry dance group, and I would love them to use this song in dance ministry at some point.
The most accurate translation ? hum, do you knowthe Lord's Prayer? then you have the most accurate translation, since the lyrics of this song are just basically the Lord's Prayer in Swahili language
Hawa jamaa wapi vizuri sana,Mungu awabariki kwa Uimbaji wao.

Swahili is such a beautiful language. It's one of my favorites alongside German and Japanese. This song is so gorgeous and sung with that beautiful scenery behind them just adds to its beauty. I listen to it whenever I need a pick me up or feeling depressed. It helps tremendously.

Just found this. God bless you for showing these children & even older villagers that they are important. Life would be so boring if we were all the same...embrace our differences...& accept the ways we are so similar!
