I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some nice, panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I even took your advice to be more active on RUclips, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!

Hi I loved your video, great help. I did my first three but forgot some of the things you mentioned not to do, like NO medical advice and I started talking about this is safe or not, anyways they rejected two of the three videos, they didn't turned me down on my second chance submitting videos but they rejected two. So, Does that mean I can fix those same videos, remove the medical advice part and upload the same one updated video again?

I’ve heard from several that Amazon wants to see the product in its natural use. If you’re just sitting at a table and describing its pros it’s not necessarily being shown in use. For example, I would like to review my cooling fan designed for electronics. Shouldn’t it be shown actually doing its job? Or B roll it? Seems that just handling the product in front of the camera isn’t enough. Of course, what do I know? I’ve been rejected twice, and I have no idea why. I completely changed the style from the first set to the second by increasing their technical and content quality. Thanks for your informative videos!

It is really hard to make sense of what the approval process for the three videos is. I went through the process and passed on my first try. Unlike some other advice I heard, I actually had about 12 videos uploaded and it didn't matter. I still got approved. My friend also got the initial approval, but her first batch of videos were not approved. It didn't make any sense to me because her videos are actually better than mine. The only thing we think it might be is video quality. The comment from Amazon said that it didn't meet their video quality standards, but it definitely met all of the guidelines, so we think it might have been actual video quality. We both used our front facing phone cameras to record, but mine is on a Galaxy S22 Ultra, so the front facing camera is 40 MP. She used her iPhone front camera, and I think it has 10 or 12 MP camera. After reading someone else's response to getting in, we also did a few more updates on her storefront, but we aren't sure if that will make an impact. Amazon said in the comment that she should delete all of her videos and upload three new videos. So she re-recorded them using the back camera, which is much higher quality. Crossing our fingers and hoping for the best this time. It was such a heartbreak to see that denial. Amazon also said they limit the cumulative reviews for one influencer to three times. So there's a lot of pressure to get it right this time.

Of course! I'm glad I could help. You can use non copyrighted music in the background if you really want to. It should be fine if you are trying to review a speaker and you play a few seconds of a song.
So my 3 videos got approved and published but I haven’t gotten the check that I am eligible for commission, so I’m confused now how this works? Will I be eligible for commission once my 3 videos start having a certain amount of views or purchase from it? Please someone explain! Thank you.

So let’s say I have videos uploaded and they stay on the product page for about 1 month maybe 2 after they don’t show up there should I or could I re upload them to get them back there? And if I re upload should I delete the old video so it doesn’t clutter my storefront with repeated videos?
This is a debatable question. I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. In my opinion, I never delete videos because I never know if they will rotate back on product pages or not. If you see that you are kicked off a particular product and you want to get back on the product page, I would suggest making a different video and submitting that. That way, you could potentially have multiple videos on the page in the future and they are different videos.

Help please! I got approved for Amazon Associates program but not accepted for Influencer program maybe because my IG account is empty.. tried to link to my FB group and got auto rejection and then tried my teens RUclips channel which is monetized and has a great following and still got rejection why? And maybe I’m going about it incorrectly is there a spot to submit 3 videos first then apply to the influencer program

Hi! Thank you so much for the support! Yes, you may make your videos vertical. As far as making your videos in Spanish, unfortunately you can't right now. You can possibly add spanish subtitiles but you have to speak in english I believe.

You have to Upload them on your influencer Storefront or Amazon Creator Hub. The title could be anything under 60 characters.
Yeah. I haven't been approved for onsite commissions. I've demonstrated the product and how it works and got rejected twice. I used great lighting, my pro voice over echo free environment and still got rejected. It's not only disappointing but sad that Amazon doesn't give a damn about any feedback whatsoever. I've chatted with the Amazon influencer program customer service and they gave me 3 email addresses and asked me to wait 7 working days. Today after 24 working days nobody sent me anything. It's a headache.

QUESTION: Do you submit 1 video, then wait for approval, then submit number 2 video then wait for approval, then submit video 3? I am still confused. Thank you.
You submit all 3. They’ll review them. You either get accepted or denied. You then delete those 3 videos and upload another batch of 3 to either get approved or denied. If denied, your next batch of 3 is your last chance. 3 tries in total.

You can buy the products from anywhere as long as the item is found on Amazon.

Glad you liked the video! Oh wow. Unfortunately you might have to. You must've not known about getting the blue lock removed before you posted all your videos. To get the lock removed you can only post 3 videos and wait until they get approved for on site commissions. If you want to make commissions with your videos then you would have to delete them all and get the lock off.

But I'd like some more info on what you can discuss regarding health. For context, I'm a physical therapist and health/pain is something that I would line to address, but am afraid my video was denied, because it touched on that, it was on competitive products, or because it was 5 min long... Great video! Just curious, you have a Nike sneaker with their brand logo in the background of your first video. I thought that would be a RED flag to Amazon. But you got approved, so perhaps not??

So I’m currently waiting to see if my three videos get approved. It’s been less than 48hrs, blue lock is still there, but one of my videos has two thumbs up. How is this possible? I haven’t put my storefront link anywhere yet and my videos aren’t on product pages(I checked). Any insight on this?

Feeling discouraged because i just got approved on monday and uploaded my 3 vids this tuesday the 25th. I believe they got approved even tho i never got the congratulations notification, the blue bar and lock have disappeared from my page so i’m assuming i’ve been approved for commissions.. anyway it’s the 29th now and i haven’t made a single sale 😢 also none of my videos are being shown on the product page. I toggled the store name like you said to do and i have about 30 clicks but no orders. Any advice? thanks for your help ❤️
Don't get discouraged. It took me about a week to see my first commission come in. In the beginning it takes a little longer for your videos to start showing up on product pages. Keep uploading videos consistently and you will eventually see some results. Some people see results quick and others it takes time. You can't compare yourself to others. Just keep going and it will pay off.

Mine said the same and I’ve been just creating videos🤦🏽♀️ I didn’t know there was even a such thing as 3 videos but when I logged in on my laptop to edit a video cover photo a message came up telling me my 3 videos didn’t qualify and to delete everything sad part is I’ve already uploaded 6 videos and it says I’ve already earned on-site revenue with two things shipped and I don’t even know what for.

I applied for the affiliate associate program and got signed up right away. Is that because I have a sellers account with amazon? They said I have to make 3 sales within 180 days to stay I’m the program. Nothing about videos. I just have to put links on my website. I’m not sure if I signed up right … any suggestions?
the affiliate associate program is different from the amazon influencer account that uses your social media account to approve. She has videos on applying for the influencer program.
I appreciate your video. I don’t think that Amazon is getting more strict now to get people approved for the onsite commissions or most known as removing the blue lock because if that was the case you wouldn’t see so many sloppy and ugly videos on Amazon products. Every time I see them I wonder how the hell they got approved.

I hear people say that. I'm not sure if that means that Amazon didn't watch your videos. Maybe when Amazon views videos it doesn't add to your view count. The only other way to get more chances would be to reapply into the amazon influencer program using a different social media account.

I feel so discouraged. All 3 of my videos were approved and published the next day after submitting. But then a week later, all of them were declined for on-site commissions with no explanation to why. 😟

Exact same problem. It’s like they are turning people away on purpose for no reason. It’s an awful feeling watching other people make money and get left behind and you don’t even know why.
I have been accepted but I see no blue lock anywhere….it just shows that I can create videos

All your videos will go through a short approval process. It normally takes about 1 day for amazon to approve every video you post. However, if you are just starting the program you have to get your first 3 videos approved to remove your commission lock. You don't have to do anything extra. Just submit your videos and it'll take anywhere from 1 week to a month to get the lock removed.

Hi! Yes, when you are first starting you'll want to upload only 3 videos. Amazon will review your 3 videos and after a few weeks you will see a notification if your commission lock was removed or not. Once your lock is removed, then you'll want to post as much videos as possible. Amazon basically has to approve 3 videos first if you want to make commission.
I was super excited to sign up, but I see you now need 20k followers....is there anyway to get around this?
Is that what they are saying now? I haven't heard that. I've seen people with all amounts of followers get approved. I would try all your social media accounts and if they don't work, try growing one to at least 1,000 or 2,000 and try apply again.

For your first 3 videos to get approved, I ould recommend being in the video and showing your face. After you are approved, its completely up to you ho you would like to proceed.

I would say yes. At least for the first 3 for approval. Once you are approved then you don't have to.
The only thing that bothers me is that I don’t want to show my face in any of the videos, not even the first 3 videos. I want to remain faceless from beginning to end.

How is telling people to drink so they will not get sick is not medical advice? They refused one of my pool heater review as medical advice which doesn't make any sense since i didn't talk anything beside how fast it heats the pool water and you are telling how tbe tea going to make them feel better 😳
