@@mikafoxx2717 knowing people that eat only meat and avoid greens, they live a healthier life and look it too. the people going full vegan tend to have more issues both physical and mental. there’s statistics to back it too.

I just eat raw veggies and alot of fruit most of the time I'm not vegan though more of a part time vegetarian

Meat is a relatively minor part of if a diet is healthy or not.. though meat can also be profoundly unhealthy as well. Fatty pork versus salmon, etc.
