My hitch was fine then suddenly just want locking on properly, this video clarified what to do. I got a 19mm socket and a 1/2” drive, did a little lefty loosey and it just fell into place Thanks .. also I was on the side of the highway Keep a toolbox with you!
terrible...the nut has a safety washer that prevents the lock nut from coming loose. That washer needs to be pushed up in order to loosen the nut. In the video you show loosening the housing, but when you show the testing, you can see the whole connection moving....that is too loose.!!
