@Gearjunkie, awesome review...thank you. Question, that cook stove mount bracket that folds in was sweet! Is that an option M1 can do for customers right from factory? Thank you. With Aloha, Matt
Its like 2 grand more than a 6 ft bed. And then there's other options that become more expensive as well. Probably still one of the best setups for the price though
We're feeling good about the campers weather-proofing. We haven't tested it extensively yet, but the design is well thought out and the seals seem strong and well made. Where the camper rests behind the cab, you've got a solid weather seal. Plus, the overhang of the sleeper creates an addition bit of weather protection. Additionally, extended sides of the camper create an overhang so the seals shouldn't need to work as hard if you're in inclement conditions. Will keep you posted, though, as we test more extensively.
Hi there. Sorry this is so late, but I did end up using this in a crazy blizzard and it did very well. There was significant condensation, but the combination of a good heater and ventilation helped keep it under control.
keep us updated..on Cold weather 'Camping'...Condensation..on the 'interior'!...plus what would you recommend...for constantly 'charging'..items like...heater...fridge..& other electric items while 'Driving'?.. cheers ! from Canada!..Do they have 'Dealerships' in Canada?
Not sure about Canada dealerships, but the heater is propane. The fridge and other items will run off a remote battery system, so it'll charge while you drive. But if you don't drive for several days, yes, you'll drain the battery eventually. Condensation is real. You will have to ventilate to stay in front of the moisture in cold weather. But it's manageable.
Our man on the camera is about 6'1... and we can confirm he was standing tall with headroom. Sean McCoy is about 5'8 - but he might say differently if you asked him :)
This might be what I am looking for, on my 2010 8 foot bed Tundra. I see their website implies such an animal exists in their lineup. Useful as a secure cap most of the time, and then fabricate some furniture and a mat to make it liveable inside for occasional adventures.
Check out our full review of the Tune M1... we finally got it out for a proper test: gearjunkie.com/camper-rv/tune-outdoor-m1-camper-review
@Gearjunkie have you had a chance to take this out for a full review?
Hi, @CarloRitschl, we actually tested it this week! Full review coming soon.
Wanted to provide the update, Carlo. Full review: gearjunkie.com/camper-rv/tune-outdoor-m1-camper-review

Yes, that's an option from Tune and I imagine you could add it on during the build-out.
Would be super spacious on an 8’ bed. Curious how much price would go up for the extra foot and a half though.

So what was the outcome of your condensation testing?
“structural glass“ 😂
How ya feeling about leaking in rainy conditions? Specifically about where it meets the tailgate and where it rests behind the cab?

How tall are you? Didn’t look like much head room while you were standing… better question - what’s the internal ceiling height?
Internal ceiling height is 6'4" - 6'10", depending on truck model
