(outdated) Power Alacrity Tempest concept | 29.351 (26.194 small hitbox)

Not a finalized or "optimal" build, this spends 50% of the rotation doing auto attacks and 33% doing Overload Air, so not the most enjoyable build. Until Anet wants to give Tempest more than the bare minimum of alacrity, this is how it would be.

To not require a ridiculous amount of boon duration you need to swap to air immediately while casting the last skill in fire/earth. Would recommend 45-50% boon duration at least, but if you make mistakes you will drop alacrity.

Sand Squall is just used to kickstart the alacrity, but some boon extension is always nice to have in raids. Earth is probably not worth it on small hitbox at all. Dagger 3 on fire/earth are extremely unfun to use right now due to stopping at the target, which means the fire field from Burning Speed does not even hit the target if you are not inside the hitbox. This means it is almost impossible to get good positioning for warhorn skills (Power Tempest is ridiculously bad on small hitboxes by the way).
You probably shouldn't play this.
