[Boom] Raid League Boss Blitz - October 2023

Boss Blitz submission with my friends from Practice Is Overrated Peepo [Boom].

We invested quite a lot of time into this, it must have been at least 60 minutes before starting the submission hour! That is to say, we didn't make a plan and just ran it down.
Mediocre performance from my side as I haven't practiced any of these builds in a couple months or something, but I had fun and that's what matters, right?
This was a Raid League tournament following its typical offline format, with a 1 hour timer to complete as many encounters as possible. Clearing a full wing grants extra points, and the weighting per wing makes some wings much more favorable than others.
You only get one attempt at the 1-hour clear, and to prove legitimacy you must submit a failed boss pull and submit it within a few minutes. The end time of that log is the start of the hour, and any encounters that are completed within that hour are valid.
