In this episode, the entire procedure for replacing the UPS battery. The first time I replaced, or rather installed, the UPS battery, it took me a lot of time, so now it should be faster, but it requires some preparatory work.

And now part 2 and we start disassembling the device, luckily I remembered something from the last disassembly and it wasn't that problematic with replacing the battery, but I didn't expect the tape to hold so tightly. Probably, when the UPS was placed on the stove and got warm, it got stuck together, so it is not worth keeping such equipment in a warm place, because it also harms the battery and shortens its "life"

Inserting a new battery seems simple, but the design was not intended to do this, i.e. the UPS was designed to serve as long as the battery lasted from the first installation. Then I measured the internal resistance of the battery, a nice, non-invasive way to assess its "life" because the higher the internal resistance of a lead-acid battery, the more heat it releases during operation, which further accelerates the battery degradation process. Of course, the resistance is related to the battery capacity.
And I'm slowly putting the UPS back together, it's going quite well except for the loss of one distance 🤣
In episode 4, we assemble the UPS and restore it to work, maybe another test?🤔
So we put the UPS back together and started it for the first time with measurement, it didn't turn out bad, the low voltage is probably the result of the fact that the battery has never been charged since production.
How to connect the UPS to the central heating - quickly, but it is worth paying attention to whether everything will start. My furnace didn't start, I don't know why it started when I was disassembling it 🤔 if I hadn't paid attention, I would have had a problem... but everything started and now I just need to do a few tests 😜

Ten ups zbyt długo tej kotłowni nie utrzyma.
Prawda, dlatego jest już zrobione wyprowadzenie pod rozbudowę. Muszę zrobić pomiar ile wytrzyma aktualnie założony akumulator.
Te zamykanie tego ups to trochu tragedia ale z drugiej strony nie codziennie wymienia się w nim akurat pozdro
Dokładnie, jak to robiłem pierwszy raz to ciśnienie mi się dość mocno dźwigało. Na szczęście to chyba ostatni raz dla tego urządzenia 😎 podejrzewam że elektronika nie wytrzyma czasu eksploatacji akumulatora, kondensatory ulegną awarii prędzej.
@@SzymonHawlicki hmm to warto było je wymienić jak był już otwarty... ale może podziała jeszcze stare były dobre na lata nie to co teraz... NP. Dzisiaj kolejny fallwnik tym razem 6.2kw mi wybuchł ech pozdrawiam
@@SzymonHawlicki Dobra dobra, kondensatory też można wymienić ;-) Ale fakt, konstrukcja niezbyt przyjazna do serwisowania.
@Dj-Magik86 jak mnie pamięć nie myli to jak robiłem odcinek do LEGO to wtedy zrobiłem przegląd kamerą termowizyjną, poza kamerą bo jak zawsze wszytko by doprowadziło do małego serialu 🤣
Tak kiedyś liczono na zapas i na 5-10 lat pracy a teraz wyliczone motogodziny do końca gwarancji i tyle …
To są koszta … naprawa takiego falownika boli niestety 😒 współczuje …
Polecam z własnego doświadczenia przetwornice niskoczęstotliwościowe, tzn coś takiego co ja mam i co posiada konkretny trafo w środku i najlepiej jak by był na miedzi 😅
Może jak aku się skończy to zobaczę na kondziory, teraz inne zmartwienia na głowie. Typowa produkcja na jeden raz, tylko w PL nie ma czegoś takiego na raz i do kosza, trzeba utrzymać eksploatacje aż się nie opłaca naprawić 🤣
