I have 10+ years as a machine operator in the food industry industrial mixers stuffers blenders kettles familiar with those types of machines monitoring water temperature texture following recipe guides digital interfaces making minor adjustments to certain machines paperwork etc...although not as complex as a die cutter and have no experience in the printing industry what so ever but recently got offered a job as a die cut operator is this something you can do with no experience or schooling if you put the effort in or is paying for schooling/course work necessary or recommended?

this machine can be used for 5 ply narrow flute box
Can you please tell me why on min 3. there are only 5 boxes on the cutting form instead of 9 boxes... I`m sure that there is enough space to make 9 pcs cutting form. This is so rediculus and waste of material... I cant even get why you do this like that....

Hiking Machinery, How long does it take to train the operator? does he have to be by the machine all the time or can he move away and do something else when the machine is running. thanks
As usual 7-10 days training will be enough. Of cause he can move away but we think better to stay by the machine and observing the machine running, because the machine is his working partner and that's also the responsibility. Thank you

Bad setup on stripping unit! Too many bottom pins, thats why the scrap is accumulating!

This is completely awful. This machinery is a real shit. How can you make such product?
The die cutting plate is dirty and made with terrible materials. Where are the creasing channels? Stripping process with obsolete tools.
Where is the upper paper sheet where you regule the pressure?
I work for just a year on a Bobst sp 102, which is very old. But compared to this.. I am crying for this poor factory worker
