Lo mas imprecionante es lá seguridad de los trabajadores, todos con zapatos, guantes, lentes todos los implementos que un trabajador necesita.
Enorme habilidad para alesar una pieza gigante con un torno. Lo unico que podés comentar es que no usaron guantes, te cuento que para cuidar las manos lo mas importante es tener cuidado, con ese tamaño de piezas un guante no hace ninguna diferencia.
@@erichegi Il tuo commento è vergognoso, poi la tua affermazione "gigante" è relativa a meno che tu non faccia componenti di orologi, io che faccio componenti delle pale eoliche e turbine per produzione di energia quel componente è una briciola, ultima cosa la sicurezza prima di tutto, il fatto che il componente sia grande e pesante non preclude il fatto di non utilizzare le dovute cautele di sicurezza, un pezzo del genere montato su un tornio a mezzo saldatura non è proprio una grande idea, se per caso si rompe una saldatura potrebbe cadere a terra soprattutto se poi vai a picchiare con una mazza, ultima cosa: non si picchia su un cuscinetto con la mazza mai e poi mai, è evidente che tu di meccanica non ne sai molto.

Saludo a todos , una breve observación, 1 la pieza estás bien montada y firme porque tienes un apoyo en la partes de atrás, abajo que la subjeta y desliza en conjunto con el carro del torno , 2 el tienes que medir el rodamiento , con el compás y luego esa medida pasarlo a un compas de interior , 3 verificar el agujero que la medida este igual en el agujero completo para que no se pare o tranque, 4 los rodamientos no deben de desarmarse.5 ese ajuste esta mal porque ese rodamiento debe de entrar con la mano , totalmente deslizante. I just retired as a repair machinist, we used to do these jobs on a boring mill, but these guys are doing it with whatever they have my hats off to you

Nice work again setting up your big, long bed engine lathe as a horizontal borer to do those large bearing bores. Difficult jobs done on basic machines is clever/creative engineering. 👍✅

Молодцы ребята! Сколько вас смотрю - поражаюсь. Посадку делать используется кронциркуль и линейка, ось дробилки под рулетку выставили. Резец подавать на глаз, уметь надо... Мы нутромеры, микрометры и индикаторы используем, прощелкал сотку - трагедия. А у вас все по линейке... И, как я понимаю, оно у вас работает... Как такое у вас выходит то?
Да никак не ходит! На отьебись сделали и УРА! При работе подшипник с посадкой в натяг по внешней обойме попросту заклинит!
Короче говоря - видео от этих ребят ни что иное как наглядное пособие как делать не нужно.
Нищета на выдумку горазда, я тоже их смотрю, и поражаюсь многие вещи которые они примитивно востанавливают, покрышкам вторую жись дают. Безвыходность положения

мне в начале показалось что они ремонтируют разбитое посадочное гнездо под подшипник. оказалось они изготовили новую подвижную щёку к дробилке. прогрес, я от них такого не ожидал. это при полном отсутствии современного мерительного инструмента и простейшей борштангой. я в молодости отработал 10 лет на дробильно сортировочном заводе в ремонтной смене и очень хорошо знаю эту работу.
А разве они не растачивали посадочное под другой тип подш?Без сожа и очков точили чугуняку!А как они рулеткой поймали ось отверстия я честно не понял,станина была не закреплена.
Измерительный инструмент придумали слабаки , а эти пацаны настолько уверены в себе , что посадку под подшипник замеряют рулеткой ! 😀

I always roll my roller bearings in the dirt before installing. I find it helps to seat them in a lot quicker. If you study how the cutting tool is placed in relation to the center of rotation, it is set at least 5 inches 'above center' and looks to be cutting (?) with about 15 or 20 degrees of negative top rake. It is scraping the material off. I love the eyeball & tapping method of tool adjustment for depth of cut. For any trolls reading, 58 years of machining for me, I know a little about it.
I am amateur at machining with 5 years of "experience", and watching offset between center and tool hurts my eyes (and ears). I understand limitations they have in the shop, but fitting tool closer to diameter is not very hard task. Greetings to you!

Nahh, the secret is the dirt being used as break in material. I do like the fact they use chatter marks as a retaining source, the ridges deform enough to hold things in place 😆

These Pakastani men are the best Craftsmen I have ever seen anywhere. They work so efficiently as a team. They hardly even talk to each other every one knows their job and when to do it. They use practically no safety equipment what so ever. They work fast and very efficiently. They work with no music, no joking, no horse play, no ass grabbing, no arguing, and no conflict what so ever and no errors. I'm amazed my respects to Pakastani men.
All the cutting is done dry and without lubricatiin or cooling. The sound of the cut is that of metal elastic behavior under compression of the cutting tool. Both parts cry in pain, But I suppose here precision and surface finish are very relative. However Congratulations about what you can achieve with what you have. A good lesson of humility.

The first thing you want to do with precision equipment is drop the bearing in the dirt and sand. Make sure the grease picks up plenty so that the equipment will fail and have come back.
Don't worry, they wiped it off with a filthy rag before assembly.
