  • Welcome to my Pilates Mat workout! My mat classes always follow a classical, traditional structure while allowing room for variations. Like many of you I can suffer from lower back issues. This mat workout is all about strengthening, stretching, and lengthening your lower spine. The result is a stronger core and healthier alignment. My back (and full body!) felt so good after this workout and I know yours will too!
