Jeff is a revelation in rock music. He not only produced ELO but also countless other bands. He has an uncanny knack to make everyone around him better. Maybe the best thing of all, he's very humble. The world needs more people like Jeff Lynne.

I don't know about his musicianship but he's definitely a great writer, producer, arranger, singer, etc. He wears many hats and he was definitely most deserving of this presentation.

Jeff IS ELO . Wrote all the songs , these days plays all the instruments . If you haven't heard Zoom , one of his latest albums after a long layoff , I recommend you get it . It's excellent
