Not gonna lie, letting things go was really hard for me, I feared for myself and living in a lonely life without things/people. Honestly I started to think like a monk and practice Buddhas way of thinking. It’s really helpful and I’m living my best life now. Thank you so much Monk!

I broke up with my girlfriend a day ago , the emotional pain was excruciating - as if I own her. What a timing for this video for me. That’s it the fault is my own, with that I learned a valuable art of letting go. Thank you for opening up my ignorance, narrow minded view of the world.

Thank your girlfriend for the lessons while together, whether good or bad, every person you have in your life is for the purpose of leaning and growing. Sometimes we are the student, sometimes the teacher and all things happen for a reason and benefits all involved. You now know yourself even more now and closer to your potential in this life. .

I also had the same thing
My gf broke up claiming she is a red flag herself and acted so much psychotic...for past 3 years I wanted to break up several times but she would blackmail me with everything she got and made me stay but suddenly when I started scolding her saying she won't change she left me suddenly... Throw everything away was very painful felt like what are these 3 years even mean to me like that slowly slowly I'm recovering but the damage she did is huge idk why people come and break up but maybe as buddha says everything in life as a meaning just wanted to share my memory to here, it's been 4 months since this happened but i learned a lot.
Wish people understand more of what they do in life. But i feel like I finally free from something, past 3 years felt like hell and sick but now feels slowly slowly normal she said she doesn't care even if I die maybe people do change drastically I saw it first hand with her..
Slowly I hope I get through this and my disease namo buddhaya

Letting go can be such a challenging but liberating practice, and this video does an amazing job of explaining it from a Buddhist perspective. 🌿 If anyone here is also working on self-acceptance and self-love as part of their journey, I recently made a video called 'How to Love Yourself Deeply: A Peaceful Guide to Inner Harmony.' I believe learning to love ourselves and let go of what no longer serves us are two powerful steps towards inner peace. Thank you for sharing these valuable teachings!

Thank you for sharing such insightful teachings. 🙏🙏🙏
The lessons from this video encourage us to look deeply into the nature of attachment, realize the impermanence of everything, and learn to let go of desires and the urge to control everything. By letting go, we can achieve a state of peace and inner freedom.
Understanding Letting Go Correctly: Buddha did not advise us to abandon the things we love but instead taught us that everything is temporary, and we need to understand that they will change and that one day we will have to part from them.
Attachment Comes Not from Material Things but from the Mind: Attachment does not stem from objects but from the desire and thought that they belong to us.
Reducing Attachment by Understanding Impermanence: When we realize that life and everything within it are constantly changing, we will become less attached.
The Example of the Cow: Attachment is like holding tightly onto a rope tied to a cow, causing us pain as we struggle to keep it close. When we let go of the rope, the cow may run away, but it will eventually come back.
Life as a Magic Show: When we do not understand, everything appears like a deceptive magic trick. But once we understand its true nature, we can still enjoy it without being caught up in the illusion.
Letting Go Means Letting Go of Craving: We do not let go of the object itself, but rather let go of the craving for it to remain unchanged and always belong to us.

I’m an undergraduate student in my final year, final semester. Lately, I’ve been struggling to find peace, and I’m not sure how to manage my thoughts. My mind feels anxious, often fearing meaningless and negative things, which leaves me feeling down and unsettled. Because of this, I’m losing my sense of peace, and my sleep has also become disrupted.
I’m hesitant to share this with my family too much, as I don’t want them to worry continuously. But I don’t know how to handle these feelings on my own.
I want a life filled with peace and happiness, Sir. I’ve tried meditation, including loving-kindness meditation, but I’m still unable to overcome these thoughts. I have big dreams for my future, and this is affecting my focus and well-being.
I’m sharing this with you because I feel lost and deeply worried. Please help me if you can sir😢
