    Thank you bhante good advice.
    1.married couple is not going to bed to meditate. Can do it before going to bed.
    2.cant afford to have two showers a day.
    3.Throughout the day try to jeep calm by remembering teachungs of the Buddha or Jesus.

      You should improve yourself graduately. Firstly you must change your time going to sleep. Besides, you should practice meditation before going to bed.       To become a true Buddhist, you must take refuge in the Triple Gem (the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha) and observe the Five Precepts. You can ask permission from any Buddhist Monk or Nun who has 5 vassas. May you fulfill your wish. Namo Buddhaya🙏🙏🙏
