I'm trying ..but there is some point..where sadness & anxiety attacks..and you feel overwhelmed and suddenly breakdown 🥺🥺 And all you can do let me that feeling go..and just pray🙏🙏
You should improve yourself graduately. Firstly you must change your time going to sleep. Besides, you should practice meditation before going to bed. And you can follow the teachings in this video.
