    Hiya! I just wanted to say this stretching routine works! As someone 6 months ago who struggled to do a simple bridge, I can now do the splits and a back bend and lots of other tricks. Do this about 4 times a week (or every day) and you will see results! Good luck you can do this ❤️

      @@daissy6630 these stretches are only going to make you stronger, teach you how to have a good body control and increase your flexibility. They won't make you taller. I am myself 5'5 and have been doing these stretches but there's no change in my height.

    I had very bad head rushes at least 6 months ago and would usually faint (even when not doing bridges) and I was practicing in the backyard alone and I was really dizzy and went to sit down. Now our backyard has a retaining wall about a meter high made of bricks and I was so dizzy I fainted and fell of the retaining wall and broke my arm. I had to scream out for help before my mum came out and she didn’t believe I had broken my arm because I was holding it and covering it up but rang the ambulance anyway. They hang up on her three times before they called her back and came. To our house. The paramedic said she had never seen a break like that ever. So if you have head rushes I advise that you do keep hydrated and sit down before it’s too late. Btw I had to have surgery done metal plates and pins put int my arm and it is very hard to do elbow stands and planks now and hurts a lot. Please like this comment so the message gets out! ❤️ also you are my fav RUclipsr and love your videos keep it going!

    Fiercelivy thank you so much at first i felt horribly self-conscious in dance class as I wasn't very flexible, watching your videos has not only helped me physically but also has help me get a more positive mindset. Is it normal to have one leg a lot more flexible than the other? and are there anyways i can improve this? :)

    • @chlxbear
      @chlxbear 5 лет назад +3

      Lia Middleton yes it’s normal to have one leg a lot more flexible, although it’s better to work on your other less flexible leg to get it as the same as the other. Just stretch more on the less dominant leg

    • @melodymy8624
      @melodymy8624 2 года назад +1

      I had the same problem i used to have one splits on one leg and no splits on the other now I have both splits and it feels much easier to go in the splits on both tbh I would say just continue stretching like you usually do and maybe hold stretches on the other leg longer but you will get there eventually.

    Day 1 : No head rush but back flexibility was very bad ! I managed to do a bridge though. Thanks Alivia !
    Day 2 : ok I am feeling my lower back pain. I felt the stretchings deeply though. It felt like working out. I could go a lil lower in my wall bridge. Standing bridge nope nothing. Its better. I did bridges twice and actually on the elbows its easier !
    Day 4 : Amazing what the body can do in few days. Bridges do not scare me anymore. Still head rushes in the end. Loved it more than days ago. Wall bridge lower this time. The dancing move on the ground was almost doable for me. Loved it thanks.
    Day 5 : Ok I am the happiest. I can already feel my back more flexible. I went deeper into it ! At the end of the video my head was dizzy but still feels ok. Wall bridge was low ho ho Im so happy. I could do a standing bridge with my bed. Cant touch my feet with my head nor my hands flat on the ground yet. So proud and happy. This is effiscient and fun !!
    Day 6 : I felt so lazy today. Woke up at 9, scrolled through instagram and youtube whole day, watched crap and spoke crap. I came through this one quote : "You won't achieve your desires if you do not believe you actually can.". I am fooling myself into mediocre work. This is why even feeling lazy I did workout and I did my stretchings. I know where I am headed. Keep this in mind people. You must believe you can actually do it. It is a matter of time before great results come. Every day, little by little.
    ...
    Day 30 I guess : Im still working on my back flexibility and Its getting better. I can do the back rotation almost like she does. The bridge is almost perfect 🙏
    Day 33 or something : I can't believe I just did wall bridge + back rotation almost effortlessly !!! I'm so happy you guys ! I am actually feeling more flexible in my back. Whoaaawwww 😍😍😍😍😍🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
    Day 34 : Now I reaaaally feel my back getting more stretched and flexible. I had bad head rushes so more water ! It was great.
    Day 35 : Almost naturally rotation and bridge omg so happy ! Wall bridge I can do. Im working on the rest, im getting there !
    Day 36 : bad head rushes even though I drank my water before. Difficulties on : second part back rotation, pulsing in the back. I'm getting more flexible otherwise
    - Day 37:. Great back rotations, gotta strengthen those wrists, head rushes but its becoming better, feel very proud of myself. Results are showing.
    - Day 38 : 2 back rotations in a row. Getting more flexible.

      * Janie * this really help me and I hope I'll help you too. I tried her beginner back stretching tutorial first and then I move to the intermediate one. Before I move on, I lay down and lean my elbows against a wall ( in a seal position ) and I tried to push my arm back as much as I can. After that, I move on. And then, to be honest, I'm not a flexible person, but after doing that, i can do like a teardrop or something

    Hi everyone, I have been doing this stretch for almost 3 weeks now it’s really good and effective
    If you feel dizzy or ur head hurts please take a break until u don’t feel dizzy anymore
    When you feel dizzy drink some water and breath
    By the time it’ll go away and you won’t feel dizzy
    Have a good day :))

    I’m trying out for my dance team in about a week or two and I have bad back flexibility and need to improve it to get some tricks. I will try to update every day!
    Day 1: this was hard. I knew that going into this though. There were so many times I wanted to quit because it was so hard but didn’t. I always hated stretching my back cause it hurts so bad and hurts my head. I realized I needed more breaks than her and needed to rest longer but that’s ok cause I’m going at my own pace and don’t want to hurt myself. As for the moves they definitely stretched my back, there was only one or two I couldn’t complete in full but did the most I could. I’m definitely going to continue because I want to see improvement!
    Day 2: today I felt was a little harder only cause I did some stretches before and was really hot but I did feel my back getting a little more flexible. I still can’t do some moves and I can’t tell if it’s cause I can’t yet or because I’m scared that I’m gonna do it and break my back or fall on my neck and break that. It’s most likely both but I will continue to keep trying!
    Day 3: so today I procrastinated. but I ended up doing it cause I realized my goal. honestly, today was way easier than the last 2 days. I remember wanting to give up after the first couple ones and now I do the routine with no issue and I'm getting little to no head rush which is really good cause head rush is really annoying. there are only 2 moves that I can't do because I physically can't do it and I'm scared to fall on my head. overall today was really good and I'm starting to see improvement outside of doing this routine. when I do my splits and bend backward I'm very close to touching my leg and my Firebird is improving!

    thank you so much! This one was WAAAAAAY more helpful than Anna McNulty’s routine. After these stretches, I tried doing a needle and i did it!! It hurt but I still did it :) I did rhytmic gymnastics for almost 2 and a half years and I was always the one who couldn’t do things and teacher would change our group choreography because of me. That really hit me couple of times and I sometimes cried after tryouts. Once I cried on the tryouts because I wanted to be just as good as my teammates. It just broke me. :( I quit rg two months ago and now I’m stretching at home. Idk why but I’m doing so much better than I did on the rg training. Don’t get me wrong I am pretty flexible but I am not naturally flexible and I have to push really really hard for something. The begginers one was too easy for me and the advanced is not really hard but i find this one so much more effective. I always thought that this is it and I can’t do any better than this and because i am almost 14 years old my bones are already stretched out to the maximum. THAT IS ALL A LIE. You can always do better. No matter your age. Btw this is only my first time doing your routine. Thank you on your inspiring words that made me push harder. I will always be thankful to you💜💜

      I have just got my front walkover, it was really hard to get though.
      When your first foot is landing on the ground don't bend it too much or you will collapse. Remember to come up as soon as the first leg lands! Hope this helped.

      Means blood is rushing to your head! I get this alot too. You need to drink more water while doing these stretches, also try to practice remembering to breathe while doing some of the more extreme back stuff. So don't worry, just make sure you be careful. Its something i need to do aswell 😅
