It is not guaranteed that you will get a full backbend in two weeks but you should see an improvement! After the two weeks is over you can always repeat the challenge until you have reached your desired result.

I’ve been doing these stretches for a week and I can already see a difference! I went from struggling to push myself up from the ground into a back bend to being able to push myself up with no trouble. You can see yourself improve a lot! Big thanks to Anna for helping us

I'm 40 and working on my back flexibility. I don't plan on ever being as flexible as Anna, but she's adorable and it's so cool to see what she can do. I appreciate the simple stretching routine with starting points that pretty much anyone can do!

I used to not be able to get close to my splits or reach the ground with my legs straight. Now I can almost do both my middle and front splits and can reach all the way to the ground. I am trying to get more flexible and get my backbend now, so this tutorial will help! Thank you Anna ❤

I love that this video has stretches for every part of the body involved in being able to do a good backbend. Shoulders, hamstrings, back etc. Too many people think you only need to focus on the back when multiple parts of your body have to be open to achieve most of those poses. Well done. Your stretch videos are now a regular part of my stretching routine.

@@polony7001 a needle is a flexibility pose. I’m not sure how to explain it well but if you’re familiar with the scorpion flexibility pose it is the same thing except a needle has a straight leg instead of a bent leg in a scorpion. If you don’t know what either are then I would suggest looking back on Anna’s channel bc she has a few videos about them

I will do this on a daily basis despite feeling dizzy when doing the routine. Anyway, I love Anna McNulty! We learn a lot from her videos, she truly is a queen! ♡♡♡
When feeling dizzy, take a 20 seconds break. Let your body's bloodflow come back to normal and continue. You got this!! ❤️

I’m a 39 year old male auto worker, hoping to fix some issues that are hurting me at work. I did this (horrrrrrribly) along with the video. It shows me how much work I have to do, but also feels good. Hopefully I can take care of these issues before I’m older and it’s too late.

Um, what?! Actually, your wrong. Being that bendy is really good. It has great benefits such as: Having a flexible lower back will ensure that you don’t suffer from lower back pain and other posture problems. Increasing flexibility in your lower back will decrease the amount of weight and pressure that you vertebra has to endure, making your body more fit and healthy. (Look it up yourself if you don’t believe me) Sure, it’s probably not the best if you are forcing and trying to speed up the process and harming yourself. But she is giving stretches that IN TIME will improve your flexibility.

I didn't have a wall nearby while I was watching💻 + doing this workout🧘🏻♀ so I just got hold of the railings of the stairs and tried, tried back bend, but I slept off while going downwards and got hurt in my head🙆🏻♀🥺. I've been able to do backbends and other flexibility things, but since I stopped stretching and quit ballet I lost some of that flexibly, but now I do backbend races with my friends!

I’m trying out for cheer next year, no flexibility whatsoever so I need to work on that for as long as I can. Yes, sometimes I feel like quitting because it is really hard putting a lot of effort into something and consistently doing it, but it’s worth it!

I sort of get anxious when I’m in a backbend for too long because it is harder to breathe for me and I feel squashed 😂 is this relatable? By doing this routine I hope that I will be able to hold my backbend longer and go deeper. Also the music is calming? Have a great day/night!
