Small thing ….but I like those little shims in the rear to fine tune ride height

Could you use different shocks with this kit, or do you have to use the shock that comes with the kit, because the shock are engineered for this kit?

I’m interested in why you don’t have a drop for the bump stop. Thanks

I have a question that pertains to using your 4" lift kit but instead of using the factory standard stiffness torsion bars, swapping in a set of Cognito "comfort ride" torsion bars. Of course if you have not experimented with that setup then it would be hard to answer the unknown, such as if your shock valving would still work or if lean/stability would be overly compromised with such a setup due to the nature of a lift increasing the trucks center of gravity.

We have not done any testing yet on soft torsion bars however we do have a truck that is planning on doing some next upgrades such as that we will be testing in the upcoming months one stat truck owner starts building it.

@@mcgaughys Thank you for the reply and as you can tell from this question, its not the easiest to get hands on feed back on that softer torsion bar and given your lift kit engineering wealth of knowledge, your trial will gain some valuable feedback ... a good result, or perhaps find out its a no no due to handling issues with higher lifts or require compensation with different shock valving etc. I look forward to hearing about the experiment !

Wish you guys had some pics of this truck when finished and off the lift.
Wondering what some of the measurements at the door handles and maybe the bed height when complete.
Have a 2025 3500 AT4 getting done next week but nobody gives measurements on these lifts after it’s done. Somewhat important to until tow especially with a 5th wheel.
