Going through this right now so far I’m at 3 months but we did break no contact about 4 weeks ago just for some closure. Our relationship ended mutually. Since then no contact. I been working on myself since the beginning of our breakup and continued even after breaking no contact. If she ever decides to come back then that’s for me to decide if not then I wish her the best and hopefully she finds her true happiness. Great video Paz you’re helping me get through this. This is so true. My ex broke up with me November. I pleaded we work things out. February we met for him to only ghost me. It hurt so much. At the mark of 6 months a few days ago he called me saying he made a mistake. As much as it hurt me I said no and I decided to move on. If you going thru this right now now, this video is on point.
I found out he was talking to his ex behind my back and he lied about it to me, he wasn't treating me well either, i ended it because of this and told him i never want to see or speak to him again. Its been over a month and nothing but silence he didnt even respond to my breakup text. I feel like im the dumpee given hes not even affected by any of this

Unfortunately I’m at 15 months and I haven’t been able to fully move on. Dont get me wrong, I’ve improved and upgraded myself to a level I’ve never been before. I feel great about myself and even dated a few women but always broke it off because I still have strong feelings for my ex. I keep pushing forward though every day.
Not all of my relationships failed. I lost my husband to cancer and it was an incredibly happy relationship. Just thought you should be aware that maybe we haven’t all had 100% of our relationships fail. I will say that this probably lead to my most recent relationship that was definitely broken 😔
Can you do a video on the timeline for the break up of a narcissistic relationship? The effects of idolization and love bombing, to the mental games and manipulation and gaslighting, and the effects of being discarded even in the relationship. I’m having a hard time, even though I know how toxic the relationship is, but I still feel she has her claws in me and is burrowed deep in my mind. I can’t seem to stop the ruminations and self blame.

she broke no contact after 3 weeks to come to my apartment and cry tears of gratitude for me as a person and to say 'we'll meet again, if not this life then the next', then i broke nc a few days later because i felt the need to ask her about her spinal surgery (decision of whether or not she is doing it was scheduled that day and i rememberd), the convo was normla but now im back to nc, did i fuck up?
Unfortunately I gave a chance to an emotionally immature man. He cowardly dumb text me because he wanted to avoid an uncomfortable conversation. I'm in military radio silence. 5 weeks. I blocked and deleted. If he wants me back ge will have to have a personality transplant, therapy and 5 references from people who can vouch for his bad behavior. Basically I'm getting better at vetting out these types of men.
