Very Rookie move! TOO THICK for a 1st coat! Its OKAY to let the trigger go! Your 1st coat should be a bout 80%-90% of a full coat. That way it dries quicker, and then you can put a thick topcoat over it sooner! Less time waiting for it to dry. Plus, its a more even, more consistent finish.

Well the pump is most likely a 395 Graco or 400 Titan and needs maybe some throat seal and its tired. Doors like this i would use a 5/13 whicj is a 10 inch fan or a 4 /13 8 inch fan. Black always takes at least two coats..
How do control layer thickness. Is there kind of setting on the gun or do you have to apply try and error method to get the thickness required by end usre or owner
now when you open the door the edges of the door on the left and right will be white also the bottom of every door panel will be white I can paint that door with roller in maybe 30 minutes with better results , you have to: 1- tape everything around the door 2- setup the sprayer 3-cleaning the sprayer after using a black paint will take much much longer how do I know that ??? because I use sprayers for 20 years

They dont even know that their comments are "ego" driven and usually come from a place of lack within. I wish all of them would google "why are people so judgemental and critical of others." It’s really strange I’ve been painting for 23 years and everyone uses the wrong cartridges You should be using the olive striped canister multi gas vapour and the p100 on top. The black canister is just for solvent based paints like oil it doesn’t filter ammonia and the other chemicals that are in a lot of paints. Plus the n95 filter isn’t 99.9%. Protect yourself.
So 10% over lap? I've never used an airless sprayer , i just assumed it was like using a hvlp paint sprayer like id do on motorcycles, or car with light coats and 50% overlap.
What airless are you using ? Gun brand ? Tip size and housing , small or big orfice , type of paint , ? Please answer as i will be useless without this information . Also what shoes brand and do you tie the laces with bunny ears or are you a loop swoop and pull guy ? What meal do you have before spraying ? All this will be crucial information .

A 2ft wand would be a great tool to help from bending too much plus a wider spray tip would cover more area faster

It looooks really nice.....so on the video u can see a few spots like a lines without paint.....so that means u have to go back n repainted.....
The paint is still wet I guess when dry it will blend in and not noticeable
