At 2 million in Dallas area, I need a little more WOW in the Master bath and kitchen. Also need a wet bar in the Gameroom! Other than that it’s a decent house at the price point. If gives me vibes that it was built in the early mid 2000’s and may have had a few renovations since then.
You need the walkthroughs instead of just pictures. Because you need to see how you would live in it. Pictures don't show which door you would enter normally. Or where you would put your keys or basically how each person would move throughout the house. Does the garage open to the kitchen or the master. Or hundreds of other things.
Small, lackluster; seems half ass done, the lower level does not match with the top level. Best feature was the outside pool area. Not enough rooms for 2 mil
Can I ask, why do american homes love everything open? Why don't you guys like having doors between rooms? Wouldn't it drive you crazy constantly being able to hear what's going on in every room downstairs, especially if you're working in the study - coming from a Brit
@@argusloud3500 That wasn't the question, I was genuinely asking why you dont have doors (it may be a health and safety thing I'm unawre of.) I'm not from the US no need to be rude lol
“ For $ 2 million I definitely need a more wow factor .”
Nice but 2 mill? I think not.
Nice, but not $2 million nice.

Beautiful home! Hopefully you can show me a home in Dallas when I’m able to purchase a home at this cost.
Stairs that go upstairs? Is that what its for? Thank you for explaining that one to the viewers
