On almost 2 acres and clearly some very nice amenities but for me no where near worth the asking price. I moved to Prosper in 2008 and have watched the home prices go beyond reach for most. Realizing this is not a home for the masses but for the 1 or 2 that want to fork out that kind of $. Prime Times house (Kroger) was listed for less $ years ago on more land. It never did sell that I know of. You move to this sort of house for the land and this just does not have enough land for the dollars asking. All my opinion of course. I thought it was comical when the host walked in the front door and said " All rooms have custom lighting" you couldn't even see his face because the lighting was so terrible. Just flick the switch to your right. You can do better

The home has potential. In the future could you please go more in depth about materials and show more of each room. Seemed nice but there was no explanation as to what I was looking at. I think at that price point people want to know what they are paying for. Otherwise, nice job sir.

I agree please do better with actually showing the property your cameraman had the camera on you the whole time instead of the property itself. I don't want to see the host I want to see the home! And that's why these other guys will never compete with Enes who actually shows us the home and not his face through the whole walkthrough! Thumbs 👎🏿 for me!!!!!!

No land? that's a lot of money for a house ten feet away from the next. Not exactly Miami beach where land is(was) expensive.
