A custom home like this should have at least California closet in the primary. It just doesn't look like a 2M closet.
It’s the “Master bedroom” 🤌🏼
I’m sure you could. they have to show multiple tier options because most people mix and match upgrades. It would be nice if they would have made the primary suite fully upgraded and the other bedrooms base price options.

Hey, Alex! Great job with the tour! Beautiful home! I absolutely love it! Buuut, given this price point, I’d expect all the bathrooms to be more detailed and luxurious. The finishings give builder grade. The tile in ALL the stand alone showers and all bathtubs should expand to the ceiling. All in all, it’s a grand home in the coveted Windsong community.
I agree with you. They could have changed the finishes in the secondary bathroom so they were not all the exact same.

This housei is almost perfect. The only thing missing is a finished basement.
Not going to find a basement anywhere in Dallas-Fort Worth
Huge luxurious house. The first floor is ideal, except for the kitchen. All the same miserable cabinets as everywhere else and an ugly stove. There is a lot of space in the kitchen, but for some reason the sink and faucet still stick out on the island. On the second floor I would change a few things. First of all, I would throw out the dust collector carpet. In addition, on the second floor the developer saved on shower heads and did not lay the tiles all the way to the ceiling.
The tile in the upstairs bathrooms I have seen in the last 10 home tour videos. The closet in the last bedroom was tiny.
If you are seeing it model homes repeatably that's a sign that it's trending and popular with interior designers.
