This home is gorgeous looking at this house is really making me and my wife considering making the move to Texas!!! Because we would never get a house like this in Connecticut let alone in a gated community!!! WOW
@@thomass1891 legislation in cali doesn't allow for building cheap homes. which raises demand for already expensive homes. no supply of new cheap ones.
I really love this home. I actually love the separation of the house. This is a home that if you have a designers eye, you could make this a masterpiece!
I used to sell homes in Texas and people from out of state would sell their homes and come to Texas and buy 2 or 3 homes. Live in one and rent out the others.
Lived in Lubbock TX for 10 years... had a Manson like this for 350k. Moved back to Colorado and spent 600k on something half as grand... could not be happier. The catch to these giant homes is that you have to live in the places they are built.
Lovely home. Interesting that there isn’t a half bath on the main for visitors. They shouldn’t use the same facilities as those occupying the guest bedroom.
Is it really that hard to comply with HOA restrictions when you have this much money? I'd assume most millionaires just schedule maintenance like clockwork.
I've realized that the reason these houses are cheap is probably because there's not alot of property. 0.37 acres isn't really much but the house is beautiful
Location matters, not sure where this home is in Dallas but there are parts in Dallas where $600k wouldn't get you this. North Dallas/metroplex area seem to be the more expensive side.. from those out of state thinking these 600k homes are available through out Dallas think again, its probably built outside near the edge of Dallas, meaning a lot of driving
This is not dallas, Must be a suburb 30-40 min from downtown Dallas. It’s imposible to get this size of house for 600k. Gated? With golf courses? Impossible
According to the description sounds and looks like a many of the homes i’ve seen in the Timarron Neighborhood in Southlake, TX. Which is a suburb 45 mins away from Dallas.
Well this is absolutely incredible the difference !!! I live in Denver Colorado and for 600,000 well actually for more than 600,000 you get a 1200 square foot tiny little piece of s*** home! I kid you not
Could do with a little bigger kitchen but what a house for the price. It would be the equivalent to $755k CAD and that gets you a semi-detached or very small detached bungalow here in Canada that may also need work before it's even really up to date. This house would run an easy $1.6 million and idiots will get into a bidding war pushing it to $1.8 million.
Where in Dallas is that because in the nice areas the homes start at 1 million. It's probably in South Dallas in a revitalized area. Still wouldn't want to live down there.
There's a lot of wasted space which could have been better used to make the kitchen larger with a bigger island...... Back patio is small for an entertainment area.
Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are very less impressive...the master bedroom right next to the kitchen...not so crazy about that either...I thought the same thing with what you said!!!
This house is very deceptive. The outside looks sooo much larger than the inside because it was built very long, however the house lacks width, giving it that majestic appearance from the outside, but once inside it is very cramped.
Nice house for a decent price; watch the price go up as more Californians and Northeasterners move into TX as they did with Atlanta - higher prices, higher cost of living, and a whole lot of traffic congestion....
That's pretty cheap for a home that size, and that nice, even in dallas. There are plenty of homes here in Dallas that are half the size and a million dollars or the same price as the one in the video.
The “little kitchen” killed it for me. The island is microscopic and the room next to it with the fire place is awkward and small too. Beautiful from the outside but there’s a lot to fix inside for me....

Hi Alex. Yes. There are actually similar homes in this price point in Frisco. Email me your contact info and I will send you a list to review. TommySellsDallas@gmail.com
Is it just me or does the kitchen and dining room space look rather small the kitchen is specially looks boxed in what's $600,000 in Dallas Texas I would expect a more open concept and a bigger kitchen
That cant be Dallas proper that must be some where in the suburbs at least 30 miles away from the Dallas city limits. 600k you can still get a big home but nothing like that! Its more like a 2700 sq ft ranch style home for 600k in a Dallas neighborhood. That would cost 1.6 mil in my neighborhood easy.
It’s cheap for Dallas. It’s not like the house is in highland park or something and no clue what the schools are like where this house is located. Taxes must be 10-12k minimum. Good school districts start at over 200/sf on the ultra conservative side
It's beautiful, and even in Austin, I would think this would be much pricier. The fact that this house is the size it is with two fireplaces, multiple upgrades, shutters, etc is really surprising. Gorgeous!
Hi Sweet. Thanks for watching and commenting. What do you mean by "no way"? This house is still available and the price has just dropped. It is at $589K now.
Just gorgeous. I always love to see these. I wonder what kind of person lives in these homes and I noticed that Texas has a lot of beautiful homes empty. Taxes?

This really looks like a million-dollar house from the outside. The inside is decent as well.
This a beautiful home. I really like the floor plan. All it needs is a pool.
I agree 💯😊❤️.
That’s what I said
Too many people complaining...Great house...people have different tastes...I was impressed with the camera work..very professional...
A home like that in northern Nevada would probably be 3 or 4 million or more no wonder why everyone's moving to Texas 😎
I used to sell homes in Texas and people from out of state would sell their homes and come to Texas and buy 2 or 3 homes. Live in one and rent out the others.
Yes so true .If this home was in cali or new york the price would be ridiculously high.
where exactly are you talking about? I have seen some videos about houses in Las Vegas, around 900k, and they are 10 times better than this one.
Paul Nguyen fr Nevada is cheap too compared to other places
You sure? Nevada is one of the fastest growing states in the country..

I was thinking the same thing. Like where's the half bath? Especially with a house this size.
Spacious yet cozy!
And that tax bill is going to be a mortgage payment by itself.
😂😂😂😂
Homes are affordable here in Dallas compared to other places but they get you on the property taxes.

For that price I want a pool. Beautiful house, well built. 👍
The rooms were kinda small. Is it trend now to have the dining room at the front door?
Big house yet cozy ❤
For this price I think it should come completely furnish
Beautifully decorated.
