De La Riva Sit Up Sweep

DE LA RIVA SIT UP SWEEP //
Here I am showing a simple sweep from the De La Riva Guard. This sweep is a great option with an opponent that does not want to try passing much.
The sit up sweep from De La Riva has been executed at the highest levels of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on numerous occasions. It is a simple technique to implement once you know the details and drill it.
This is my favorite variation of the sit up sweep from De La Riva. Enjoy!
