    You really helped my wrist pain, I noticed I developed it with gymnastics so I came to this video.

    I’ve had really bad wrist pain for over year from tumbling and just done my best to ignore it, but super glad I found this, gonna work on this immediately

    So i was working on my back walkover, backbend, and scorpion and somehow my wrist doesnt heal immediatly, but thanks for the help. it reduced pain

    Thank u. I have wrist pain whenever I rotate my wrist and I tried this and it’s already gone with the pencil I’m a base so yea .

    I struggle with wrist pain from doing toss stunts like toss libs and cupies during partner stunts

    i had to get athletic tape for cheer for wrists. i have no idea how to use it or when i use it or why i use it. does it even help?
