    Been doing backflips for 10 years and never thought of trying a full. I really want a new challenge so I’m going to follow this and see how long it takes to get it! 😆

    I'm currently working on bhs ups, and I know you guys covered a fhs up video and a quick inversion tip video on IG, but I was curious if you could cover an in depth on bhs ups?

    I keep landing on my knees with only one mat. How can I fix this?

      Hi, I am also at the stage of landing on my knees. Perhaps you have it by now. For me, I think the answer is to add another mat. I want to be landing on my knees on like three mats. It's good training, and it tricks the mind as well! Good luck.

      Yeah you can definitely use an airtrak! I would try and make sure you have some sort of mats as well though :)
