    I've notice alot of movement backwards, can you make a video about flipping and landing in the same spot. As well as gainers?

    hey love ur vids and great tutorial, but i have a problem my hips does not seem to go over my head and im having a hard time doing it (im practicing macacoo as a pre-requisite to my backhand spring and hopefully back tuck) but my hips does not cooperate with me instead of going over it goes to the side, any tips for me ?

    okay so i’m really really scared on the grabbing my legs.. i have a pretty solid, firm back handspring but when i go into my back tuck i just can’t seem to grab my legs 😭, any tips? help?

    Don't we have to have a back handspring before attempting a back tuck? I noticed some crossfit people doing it and they didn't look flexible.
