Male over 55: Great workout for me. It was a mental and physical challenge for me. I need more repetition in order to do all the moves but the rate for me is just right. I am out of breathe when done. I like to mix it up but will do a lot more of these videos. Awesome.

I am from India. I appreciate your work. Your workout is very enjoying and its body friendly. I never did this 50 minutes workout without hurting my legs. I tried 1 hour standing workout from other youtube channels. Everytime I hurted my legs. Even I cant do workout by laying down. It badly hurts my upper back of the shoulder blade area. But this workout is amazing. My full support to your youtube channel. At first when I saw your channel name burpeegirl, I got hesitated as burpee when I was doing at the early it caused me headache. But when i clicked to your one of the video I found those workout never hurts. And in description also you mentioned its knee friendly. Its same as you mentioned it. Keep growing my dear workout friend.

Workout #2: 1st I completed this lower body workout with dumbbells ruclips.net/video/HgAV1HrZ-vc/видео.html Omg this workout was so fun and time flew like a rocket launching omg haha I'm corny I know... I consumed 64oz of water today so far towards my gallon... I can say enough how fun this was and I so appreciated the side stretched at the end alot of twist for the core... I am psych and dud glute lifts between each move and rounds. I am trying to get ready for Florida and I love working my booty... I mean let's be real that's about the 1st place that drops and I'm going to be 50 this year... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 590 calories and completed 4,872 steps... I made 2 kinds of smoothies for today to treat myself but still stay focused... The treat today was spinach power greens banana pineapple cacao powder flax seeds oat milk yogurt blended with water... OMG what a treat so yummy... It’s a good workout! I am curious how you got 450 calories burned? I did exactly like you did and got 186 calories burned showing on my Apple Watch.
Mine was 610 calories. What setting did you use? I used Outdoor walk cause I walked really fast as I would outside.
