9 years ago and American teens had already started misusing the word “ like “ in conversations !!. Sad to see so many people who cannot construct a sentence without misusing the word “like” 2 or 3 times in a sentence . It sounds so ignorant what kind of upbringing or education have they had?
@@123fishpond Yes, - and not only American teens - it grates with me a little, but only a little and I don't think it's sad, just ignorant - same way so many people; not only young people - I've heard politicians say "hence why", when they mean either "hence" or "that's why". I just think language and language usage is constantly changing and there's not much we can do about it.
Liam what happened to you was not\ luck: you are gifted, intelligent, sensitive, personable, adorable, and loaded with charm...you integrity, your candor, your insights, well, if you will accept your qualities you will find the guy that adores you...go for it guy...
This just came up Liam. Great concise video that didn’t ramble on. You’ve got a great gift of presentation!! And more importantly you’re story is great!
This video means a lot to me. I've already came out to my parents and friends but I just felt so alone tonight. Thank you so much because this has helped me power through
Liam, you are quite fortunate to be the guy you are: sensitive, introspective, not defended, not guilt ridden, cute besides, and articulate...for you the issue f being in love with a guy was no big deal: you were loved, protected, and supported as a son, that, Liam, is the gift.
I am so proud of your generation, which is much more open than mine! Nevertheless I think I might become prejudiced and start believing that only the gay guys are gorgeous!
watching videos on coming out honestly helps me out. I havent came out yet , well I told like only 4 friends. I wanna tell my bestfriends and family but honestly I think none of them would accept me. My mom is somewhat religious , she has a gay friend, but I dontt think she'll like the fact that im gay. My older brother is against homosexuality, and my little brothers would probably accept me. We're really close, and I want everyone to know already! Im tired of hiding it! I need help!
Love you babycakes! I'm so glad we're such good friends and I'll never forget how you trusted me as the first person to come out to. It means a lot to me! :)
I was just searching for "coming out" videos and stumbled upon yours. You shared your story so well and how it all happened. I am glad you had positive responses from people. I'm much older and have told some people, but have not openly told everyone. Lately, I've been watching some movies and TV that's making me feel more sure that I should come out to people. Thank you for your story and bravery.
Even 7 years later, your story still has power. I'm happy you accepted yourself in high school. It took me until after college to fully accept myself due to needing to reconcile my faith with being gay. My wish is for others like us to accept yourself much earlier in life and you did just that. Super happy for you! 😁🎶
You are such a great young man. Don't let anyone ever tell that God dosent 💘 you cause you are gay . He loves you with all his ❤ and has a special plan for you.
I love this so much and you are absolutely adorable mister. You've got an honest voice and a vulnerability about you that I adore. Thanks for sharing :)
That was inspiring, however I don't know if I am gay or not, I'm 17, and I guess I'll have to go with what my heart tells me, whatever happens, god loves all his children. :)
In my life God is very much in my life world without faith I am lost We all have different experiences in this world and if you don’t believe well that is fine
YES INDEED! God does love ALL of us! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I have an essentially adopted grandson who is gay, and he is the most wonderful person it's ever been my privilege to know. He is so kind, caring, thoughtful, compassionate and just plain GOOD! Being a Christian, I thought it made NO SENSE whatsoever that a true loving, God would ever simply reject such a wonderful person out of hand simply for being who he was born to be! It made not a shred of sense! So I began investigating. There are several excellent books dedicated to the subject, one of them being written by a Matthew Vines (he's gay and on YT) that exhaustively investigate the subject. Bottom line there is NO convincing evidence that God rejects gays anywhere in the Bible. So do some investigation for yourself. There are several great books dedicated to the subject found on Amazon - all written by highly credible authors, including long practicing and well respected members of he clergy. Check 'em out. As I often say of conventional wisdom about many things these days - it's so often long on convention and woefully short on wisdom.
I WISH I would have come out when I was a teenager. My life would have been so much different. I hid in the dark, depressing, self-loathing, self-hating, suicide contemplating "closet" of hellish despair, until I was 47 years old. But it was a lot different growing up in the 1960's and 70's. People were not as accepting of homosexuality as they are today. So, being a "bisexual," I succumbed to the pressure, and "pretended" to be straight. I dated girls (all of which cheated on me), I was married and divorced twice (to women, both cheated on me), and my life was pure hell. However, better late than never as they say. After my 2nd ex-wife cheated on me, and ran off with a 19 year old boy (she was 44), I gave my life and my decisions a LOT of thought, and that's when I decided that I was going to "come out." And people could ether accept me and love me for "who I really am" or they can get the hell out of my life. Their choice. And I am much happier (i.e. gay means "happy") now that I am totally "out." And I'm happy for you that you were able to come out while you're still young enough to make a life for yourself. GOD Bless you and your future.
Wow! Out of all the coming out videos I have seen, I feel I can relate the most towards you. Like I dated girls, not really because I wanted people to think I was straight, but because at the time I didn't really know if I was gay or not (just like you said) so I did what society thought was normal. Also, when I think about it, I don't remember if I have always known that I was gay, but I knew there was something different, and I have finally realized that I am gay. I haven't really told anyone yet, but not because I am afraid or anything, just because I know the type of person that I am, and I would rather wait till I go to college next year and find someone and then tell my mom. But I would only tell her and she could tell people from there. Because personally, I just don't think I should have to tell everyone my sexual orientation, I mean, it's society who assumes everyone is straight automatically. But yeah I have already thought everything out, but I am still being myself! Thanks for the video!
Liam. You are a very special person. Your generous heart is overflowing with love. No doubt your future will be richly blessed. Wishing you all the best life has to offer.
Any guy getting such the beautiful young man you were then was a very lucky guy! And I'm sure you're just as gorgeous nine years later. I was a good looking kid too but my time was very different than yours and I never came out as Bi. Even to this day. I feel like I've only lived half a life. And now at sixty years old living alone. I think the world and any chances I ever had to be totally fulfilled are long gone. But I'm so glad you were gay during the time you were. And it warms my busted old heart to see such a beautiful young man find his happiness and place in the world. Any teens reading my words here. Please for your future self. Start on that journey that will allow you to live the life that was ment for you and not the life that society and religious bigots want to force you to live. And no matter how bad things get. Remember life can change on a dime, on a word, and in the next second. We don't necessarily always know when it will change but we do know that it always does. So don't ever decide on a Permanent solution for a Temporary problem . Things will get better and you will have the life you were ment to. Please don't allow fear to dominate you like I did my whole entire life. But that was easy to do back when coming out. Could quite possibly put you six feet under. Senseless Hate still lingers . But society has evolved enough that boys are openly taking other boys to prom and the same with girls. You are living in the beginning of the golden ages for Bi and homosexual people. Men and women.
Just watched your video. Kinda knew.. So grown up & soooo well put. Well done to you. I can't lie to you, Wished I could have be told. That's just me though. Looking forward to following your journey. ❤️ Fab Campbell 😍

Aweee! You are too sweet! Please let me know if you need anything or someone to talk to! And I came out to mine by accident so I kinda get the feeling.
I love that you have the courage to tell your story in order to help others. A man should stand up to be counted for who he is and make no excuses. I hope that you have had a great life since this video.
Your story is SO relatable. Although I am old enough to be your grandfather, nevertheless, the parallels continue to resonate across generations. Be well and Happy, "Babycakes." (The name totally fits you,)
Thanks for sharing this, and I’m sure this will help someone out there. I realized I was gay around 13, and only came out around 17, and now at 37 I want to see others be able to be out about who they are. I hope things continue to go well for you, and thanks again for telling your story here.
You had the luck with all the you tube… I came out because I had too. I was 31 years old, I dated this fellow from the firehouse, yes I was a firefighter, EMT and a police officer, it all began with this fellow going out for a drink or two with girl and some friends ours. I did not have a problem with him going out I just what to know when he comes back and we got in a argument and he grabbed a hold of me push back into a wall. I did not lay a hand on him. But, next door was the chief and vice-president and they came in room. I was a big guy back in those day and I had to go to work (police officer). They talked to him and he told them we were going out for 3 years and he told them I push him against the wall. They notify my Sgt. and before long I was placed on suspend with pay on Feb. 10. By the time we had a hearing it was July 7 when I said I am done with this and the hearing. I left the job and left the firehouse. 2 years went by, I was a Corporal at a near by town and I was the Vice-President of a near by firehouse. They asked me to come back and I yes. Chad, the guy I had a relationship with was made Captain. I became Treasure and before long I was President of the firehouse that did not want me.
Really good story, and really important details relating quite a lot to experiences in my life, just havnt really found the strength to get as far yet but this has really helped a lot to answer some questions. Thank you and hopefully you post more videos this has to be the most down to earth story here so well done! I'm so happy for you too x
One of the best videos that I saw so far, Liam your an awesome guy, and nobody can make you feel bad, your really straight and strong to get all the bad feelings and the jokes outside. Im so happy so far to see this video and be proud to say that there's people like you, nobody can tell you what is wrong, you will create with steps your life and it really don't matter if your gay or not, you have a big heart and youre an amazing friend. Pd: Liverpool its not sucking right now but you have to remember that if you want to be good at soccer you have to take your glasses off, Also I really love the Camaro...take care.👏
Liam, youth counselor from the US here to tell you 'Good job, bro!" Just found you and just subbed. Sounds like you have a true and deep understanding of yourself. That is so awesome and I am not only proud of you but also very happy for you. Thanks for this video which will surely help others. Happy New Year and Birthday in a week or so!
okimlistening2u Thank you! Welcome aboard and it took awhile for that understanding to come around haha. Thank you for the birthday wish and Happy New Year to you too! :)
Thanks Liam for sharing your story. From your words, it sounds like you were watching Days of Our Lives. That's a great show. Hope you'll see this, maybe follow me on here or twitter. PS: Your cute! xoxo
Liam ,I'm so proud of you , you have one of millions of guys problems. I'm 65 and know all your saying ,been there and done all of it. Is til have problems , still I married and she died of breast cancer , no one want me at all we had no children, after 18 years of marriage... now I'm still alone ...
I hope when you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, you see a reflection of an angel. You are wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You made many people cry with this video. I wish you the best everything life can offer you.
Liam, obviously I read this late, as I am new to You Tube. Monogamy is possible. The love of my life, passed away from cancer, just before our 15th year anniversary and just an hour after my birthday ended. He held on for me. I thought my life was over, but I met someone a year later and we have been together 23 years. To make a relationship truly work, it is give and take. Both my partners, had things I hated, but after time, I loved those things. A real long term relationship, you have to work together and be honest. Finding a long term partner, is so satisfying. When I first came out, because of my looks and physique, it was just sex and was not fulfilling. Having a real partner, is the best. I hope you can find a real partner, to share your life with. I was lucky also, as my family treated both as a son and brother. Best wishes!
Your story sounds like mine...I couldn't call myself gay because it was soo hard to say..thank you for your story. I hope you have a great happy and successful life. 🙂
Just be you. That's all you can really be anyway so it is kind of a waste of time to try and live up to others expectations. There is much to enjoy in being gay and I hope you are free enough to find all the joy you deserve. From what I can see you have much to be happy about. Keep spreading your good words that surely help others experiencing the same challenges you have successfully confronted.
Wonderful story. It’s so long since you’ve done this. I’m going to see if you have more videos. You’ve done a very great thing for yourself and others.
Great coming out video!.this is one of the happier ones.this video will inspire others that are struggling with their sexuality. Coming out always takes courage.it takes a lot of energy, and soul searching, to come to terms with our true feelings, but its always worth it!.I wish you all the best, and I hope you will make more videos.its always a good thing not to hide who we are, and just be ourselves!.
That is 1o years ago and i hope you are doing great. Thank you for giving such a courageous example to all those poor souls out there who are struggling with their homosexuality.
It's not easy dude...glad you can be you...has taken me a while to accept it...we struggle with how people will react...I have been married for 14 years...and finally was real with me and especially her....I does feel good...it is a HUGE relief....most will accept it...if they don't - that's their issue...
That is a great video! I think it is very inspiring and I think it will help a lot of guys out there. I was very nervous when I made my own coming out video. Anyways, I subscribed and I wish u all the best!
Omg such a great video. I loved it! So inspiring! Never be afraid of who you are and always keep your head up. Loved this vid, and very proud of you. 😃😍
Well done Liam you be wat you want to be I'm so proud of you I know it must of be been hard but you handled it really well just keep on been you never change for anyone we all love you so much including me x
I myself also would hang out with more girls than guys in high school. I did have a few guy friends but not to talk to them everyday. I also found it a little easier talking to most girls than making friends with guys.
OK i just found this channel and i already love it. It's videos like this that give me confidence and just a 7 min video can make me feel so many emotions its just amazing so... Thanks i guess :D
This video was very inspirational. I can relate. I have known i was bi-sextual since i was 6 yrs old. And i didnt come out till i was 11. I still havent tolled my dad but i hope someday i will have the courage to tell him.
Peace be upon you, as a descent people that have no intention of harms, you absolutely need to listen to me, I just want to say that:- If you got anybody in your life that ever speak to you ''how did it come to this'' in the wrong ways, you know what I mean. This is what you tell them, you just look at straight into their eyes and you says: 1. Humanity is about as long as we bring ourselves to loves someone else, no matter what colour, no matter what race, no matter what religion, and no matter what gender. Humanity just want us to be loved, and to be able to love somebody back. 2. Religion is about Peace and Mercy of God. 3. Nobody should ever feel belittled for whoever they love. 4. I believe that God will please, and embraces with ours' kind and loving spirits. 5. And in God's eyes kindness and love are what it’s all about.

Chad, the guy I had a relationship with was made Captain. I became Treasure and before long I was President of the firehouse that did not want me.
You won't have any problems. You did the right thing for yourself and that's what really matters in the long run.
Really good story, and really important details relating quite a lot to experiences in my life, just havnt really found the strength to get as far yet but this has really helped a lot to answer some questions. Thank you and hopefully you post more videos this has to be the most down to earth story here so well done! I'm so happy for you too x
Thank you and I will. It took me a long time to get this far and I know you will get here too. I'm glad I could help. :)
May 2021 still a good story to hear.

I hope when you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, you see a reflection of an angel. You are wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You made many people cry with this video. I wish you the best everything life can offer you.
I am so happy that after so many years this video continues to help people ❤️
If you are worried if you are attractive don’t you are bombshell attractive to most
Liam, obviously I read this late, as I am new to You Tube.
In tears!!!
Thanks for sharing. All the best to you.
You are the best!
I'm glad things went so well for you.
Thanks for sharing your story man!
Great first video nicely done very relaxed and cool about a touchy subject good luck in your future adventure and may you find the right guy
Congrats Liam and always live your life from your backbone!
Hi Liam. I hope you are doing well. I hope you have found happiness and life is good for you.
That is 1o years ago and i hope you are doing great.
Thank you for giving such a courageous example
to all those poor souls out there who are struggling
with their homosexuality.
It's not easy dude...glad you can be you...has taken me a while to accept it...we struggle with how people will react...I have been married for 14 years...and finally was real with me and especially her....I does feel good...it is a HUGE relief....most will accept it...if they don't - that's their issue...
Good for you! Stay strong nothing can defeat you but you!
That is a great video! I think it is very inspiring and I think it will help a lot of guys out there. I was very nervous when I made my own coming out video. Anyways, I subscribed and I wish u all the best!

Liam you are AWESOME and very brave. I accept you for who you are. Your a great person🙋♂️
I myself also would hang out with more girls than guys in high school. I did have a few guy friends but not to talk to them everyday. I also found it a little easier talking to most girls than making friends with guys.

Peace be upon you, as a descent people that have no intention of harms, you absolutely need to listen to me, I just want to say that:-
If you got anybody in your life that ever speak to you ''how did it come to this'' in the wrong ways, you know what I mean. This is what you tell them, you just look at straight into their eyes and you says:
