This has been a wake up call for myself. Being in my mid 30’s I’m still thinking I can do anything and be fine but realizing now that my body isn’t the same as it was 10 years ago 😂. Once you hit your 30’s you really should start taking better care of yourself by eating better and working out

It’s true. The sooner you start being consistent the more impact later in life in your 30s it’s easy to slip then blink and your 40+ with no foundation and it’s much harder to rebuild.

I took for granted of the actual shape I was in on my first New Mexico mule deer hunt (Came from DFW area in Texas). The first climb up a ridge I was just going 30 feet and stopping for my breath. Next trip I would make it 40 feet, but it was an improvement. Then I learned a different route to my glassing spot. Same elevation change but over a gradual slope that made a big difference.

Hi, having had diabetes...then fighting the cancer etc, there is something called warm water therapy that some Japanese doctors discovered, since doing that so far my diabetes is gone. It is 100% effective it says in doing it, and so far my diabetes is gone like it says. There is information on it would be happy to share if someone would like, but it is basically free to do it, except the cost of water. It is drink 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach daily, then wait 45 minutes after before eating. After the 45 minutes eat as you usually would and never drink cold drinks too, which causes fat to stick to the liver and causes heart attacks too. There's more information on it as it cures many other heath issues. Also my husband measured what the 4 glasses of water would add up to and it seemed it adds up to 3 regular water bottles. It is Worth doing. I pray everyone with cancer, diabetes or the other health issues it says it cures will do it too. So grateful for it. A Nun who was praying sent it when asking for prayers and couldn't handle the chemo anymore. Someone could incorporate this with their chemo treatment too? Just sharing because so far such a gift.

I made the mistake of going goose hunting on my wife's Birthday early in my marriage of 54 years; big mistake...no matter if they say its OK....it does....big time. She still remembers that day. Good luck with the mind-body training regime... you will need it (haha).
