hey slick, take it from an old guy, that spent his life in a body shop since I was a toddler, you need to be wear hearing, breathing and eye protection. You will be around to be with your wife when the family grows up and you will be able to hear the voices of those you love🙂 God's Blessings, I love watching your Channel.😎
You have some sweet and varied rides. 60's muscle, 30s hot rod, 70s mini truck and now a classic V Dub. I can't wait to see what you do with it. Glad to see your channel grow, keep it up!
That car show their end of this video that just brings me back to the good old days it looks like you're back in time when we had the good cars thanks for showing that wish I had a gathering close to me like that to go to with my old cars
I love the vintage bugs it's on my bucket list..I got hooked on them from watching the 1986 movie River's edge VCR tapes and layne had a cool looking Baja style bug..
@OKspeedandcustom just to have an oval in the U.S. is rare. Ain't nothing wrong with a little rough. She'll clean up just fine. Can't wait to see the progress.
I love the metal working I have a bug that I am working on mine is 20yrs newer than you but I also have a 71 type 3 fast back that I sure could use your skills on
Good afternoon from Cape Cod ⛵ Damn Slick you go through a whole lot to get them cars looking pristine again. You really got some talent dude. It's always good to see the cameos of the Riff Raff, Aka Puddin and Mortske 😂 keep up the good work dude ✌️🇺🇲
I'm excited for the 54 vw. I have a barn find 75 that I made to look more like a 67,with a lot of metal work but it's mine, and I don't plan on selling it. I sure you got the skills to do what needs to be done slick.
When I was young an acquaintance had one that would do wheelies, he had to put turning brakes on it to help steer it. It was so fast he was beating 5.0's, won a few titles. Has a collection of foxbody stangs kids thought were fast.
Fun video with lots of tips & tricks ! Also kinda felt like I was at that party thanks for bringing us along Charlie.. slick that Bug build will be cool . Although I always have your Old Valve eater Truck in the back of my mind . You guys are killing it with the videos !
I saw the video when the VW was dropped off. Its cool that is a low numbers one. About a year ago I found and bought a 64 VW Type 3 Notch Back which was not officially sold in the US. But sadly ended up selling it shortly after.
I learned a lot about reshaping Hot Rod panels and metal work from Jonathan W. He pieced a 30 Ford Roadster that was completely rusted. Repairing behind the driver door rear quarter is beat done off the car.
Dang slick I didn't see the end!! That powerlite is sweet. I got a 2000 p61 coqpit hanging on my wall My park bike is a solid killing machine and race bike is a McNeil moto. If your ever in California lol hmu I got full track in backyard come shred.
The cycling at the end reminds me of learning to roller-skate at age 30. Little kids have the huge advantage of half as far to fall. That doesn't mean they hit half as hard, because gravity follows an inverse square law. Falling from twice the height means adults take FOUR TIMES the hit we would have taken if we bothered to learn while little.
This weeks lesson, good friends make the world go round. Just be prepared for getting your balls busted along the way.. Dammit Bill we want a car update!!! Quit hiding!!!! Have a great weekend fellas. That was a great start to mine.
Thanks for posting Great video. Can't wait to see the Bug done. You guys should check out Stout Metalcraft has some Awesome Metal working Skills. Since I was late on the last video Congrats on the award well I'm late on this video also. Thanks for posting Another Great Video.
Hey guys I wanted to say I really enjoyed the last video. The camaro project really added to the channel. You all may be newish but all of your projects are bad A$$. Other bigger channels work on some pretty uncool rides just for content. I cant wait to watch todays video. Have a good one guys !
Have you been watching that girl On Instagram and tiktok she has I think it's 64 stout Man she can work a pc of metal... She broke out the old slapstick Hand slapped it into shape with dye and and rasp... I used to do stuff like that and a little bit of lead work but Wow I'm impressed
I sure wish I live close to you get you to do some metal work on my 1955 Chevrolet pickup truck I have a door some guy put a bottom in and warped it the skin on it and I do a little bit of body work but I have no idea how to fix that

Please film all the steps to this build even if you must time laps it. To much tv magic now a days show us what it really takes to do these cars that require no filler when finished. Thanks keep up the good work.

Check out another Hot Rod building Canadian You Tube Channel called Make it custom he builds Plenishing Hammers and other cool tools for sale. Beautiful work as well.

I would really like to see Jacob quietly wearing OK S&C merch, on his channel, while he works. Fair cross-promo, at essentially no cost to him.
Puddin would be jealous of those beautiful fords , 👍🇦🇺

What do I hit first to remove a baseball sized dent? The center, or do work into the center? I love your videos!
@@chetSeminole hard to say without seeing it. If it's dented the metal is stretched. You need to shrink it.
