Another way to remove rivet heads is to use a cut-off wheel on a grinder and cut an X in the top of the rivet then you can chisel the head off and punch it out with the air hammer. This might be a bit faster than 40 grit. Looks good so far 👍👍

Nice score on the big work table and the new brake. Your fans enjoy getting to know you and learning your craft by watching you put this old iron back together. Seeing this frame work makes me wanna go to junkyard and find a parts truck and cut the front end frame mounts off for the front bumper . Then cut my old ones off my 85 S10 and then weld new ends on it cause the truck was wrecked way before i got it 6 or so years ago and it makes the whole front end off cause the bumper don't line up correctly at all , i replaced the whole front end clip but when i went to do the front bumper I'm like thats not good and its drives me nuts .
It Makes hood alignment off when u shut it and 1 fender rubs the bumper on one side . Some said yank the frame end back one way straight but i doubt that will do it sadly cause the brackets are suppsed to be welded to frame but they have bolts in them now and the wholes for them are tore up

I don't know I worked for Jerry Maynard out of West Virginia and he would throw that trash in the trash. I'm telling you he's so picky he won't even pass a frame that's ever had more than a 16th of flake scale rust... 😂😂😂. He wouldn't let you weld on a frame or nothing I don't know what it was unless you could actually heat treat it once again that old stuff it doesn't matter to me I'm just picking... Keep up the good work I know a guy who can build 32s let's just put it that way...
