Everybody give this man a thumbs up..
He deserve it!....thanks for the video.
thanks and your welcome!
So glad I came across your video! I'm just getting started with my business and I'm at a loss. It's so much information to take in at once. Thank you for breaking things down and explaining the process in more detail. Greatness awaits!!!❤💪🏽
Net profit is actually $111,421 annually using 52 weeks. Most people forget there are 4.3 weeks in a month. That's excellent income!
Don’t forget vacations tho. His number is more likely. Nobody works 52 weeks non stop 🛑🧐

Thank you for sharing this vital information. I love how each person channel share a different aspect of the business. Which is great! I definitely give you two thumbs up and I am going to subscribe. My one question to you. Is the money consistent and doing this?
Thank you for breaking everything down. A lot of other guys just talk but you was able to give us a visual. Keep doing your thing and I look to get started in the box truck game soon

Bro you blessed me with this video. Appreciate you !!
Excellent Video! Thank you for sharing brother. Stay Safe, God bless 🙏✌️❤️
Great info! Thank you✊🏾
Nice one bro. Keep up the hard work. FYI, if you multiply the weekly net by 52 weeks instead of 4 weeks and 12 months, you will get the actual accurate net for the year.
Awesome information. Looking to start in the summer.
You explained really explained the cost breakdown very well. I have a few clients I'm going to link your video to, so they can see for themselves especially with the dispatch fees how the business goes.
A great springboard thank you for breaking it down.
Thank you for inspiring me brother man 💯💪🏾✊🏾
Congratssssssssss Kaleb!! I just applied for authority yesterday thanks to you!!! You are a blessing !!
Much success to you
Definitely a follower now. Thanks for info
Thanks for the breakdown.
Thank you for really taking the time to really explain so many areas of the business. Especially without all the profanity that others use. I did "Like" and subscribed. Thanks again.
I appreciate you and your transparency. I’m currently in ATL, working a similar plan as you. Get that bag!

Thanks for sharing. Can you do a video on DOT compliance for a box truck?
Great content bro.. I’m following the same path as far as renting

My dot is pending because of insurance my insurance is 2100 a month and 0$3875 a month
All of those expenses are tax deductible. Dispatcher, factoring, hotels, meals, insurance, etc. Keep receipts on everything.
yup, will do!
@@CEOKaleb been watching your videos for quite some time. Trying to start my own trucking business. Would love to get some more insight and info on the cdl part
👨🏼🦳💎🤏
You don't need a cdl for a box truck my guy
@@zahthaghost1333 that depends on the truck and the load.
I just subscribed to your channel. My plan is to rent as well. I'm already a business owner so I don't need to apply for my authority...thanks for the content my brother. May you be blessed in your future endeavors.

Mr CEO I just found your channel and I am going to subscribe and thumbs up. I was just curious were those net profits with taxes taken out as well. Federal and state. I know you don't have to pay any road use taxes because you're under $55,000 lb. Anyways love the information and thank you for your time
Congrats and God bless you
I been following you a few days as well as some other youtubers, one thing that stands out is that you clearly have good parents who disciplined you and taught you how to speak clearly and get to the point...it shows in your delivery...none of that jungle drum music and homeboy banter....I appreciate it, respect to your parents.
You are projected to earn nothing less than 100K remember Transportation will never end.
im only 22 kaleb u done gave me the sauce my boi on God
Thank you!
@CEO Kaleb that is how insurance works. The more trucks you have, the cheaper it gets.
Do diligence 💪🏼💪🏼
@ Kaleb - We have a fleet of box truck 10 and your numbers are spot on! We are looking to add on another 10-20 more. Keep up the great work.
How’s it going chief can we connect my business partners and I just got two box trucks and would like some pointers
@elijah do you have a instagram or linkedin?
I like how he only cares about himself and doesn't respond to others experiencing the same struggles.
@@Jaybutlersr linkedin look up my name
@@Jaybutlersr Ryder has a killer program right now to add trucks to your fleet. They will allow 90 days until you make your first statement.
Hey what’s kaleb good work in the vids and going to be starting up soon what version of the truckstop load board and dat you use
Hi Brother. Excellent video, but I want to ask two questions regarding hotel/motel expenses: (1) How long do you think truckers usually stay in a hotel/motel? Specifically, if they pay to stay x-amount of hours, do yall stay the whole time or something lesser? And (2), Are their establishments dedicated solely for truckers?
Thanks again this my second time watching. Would you consider using a dispatcher considering my authority is brand new and if so who do you recommend?
Wow, 8 months and no answer.
Love these narcissists who never respond to their own videos.
I like what your doing trying to decide rather to buy or rent rn
Ceokaleeb 📩
Run smarter not harder! Stay Safe CEO.
Will do!
Awesome vid!!!!
Thanks
Thank you so much for this video. I want to rent a truck but I get so much negative feedback. This video just blew away all the naysayers. I can't believe you are renting & got a hotel for 5 days and turned a profit. I always hear that it's not possible. You have made my day. Im going to be starting up sooner than I thought. Also can you do a video on loading & strapping? You should offer a class in ATL on how to load & strap. I would definitely pay for that. I think that may be my only issue starting up. Again, thank you.
Ceokaleeb 📩☝
Look for a box truck sleeper.
A DOT fine for improper rest is expensive.
They'll literally ask for a hotel receipt from the night before so stay DOT compliant with your own sleeper and save that hotel money for vacations.
Hello and thank you for ur time and energy. What all does your dispatcher handle for you?
Silly question but I haven't seen all your videos but are you using logs?
And stop at all weight stations or can you pass them???
Hi thanks for the video it’s appreciated. My question is when Ryder swaps out your truck do you have to give progressive the New Vin on that Truck ?
no you don't, your covered for any rental you have far as liability. If I didn't have Ryder's physical damage coverage then yes I would need to swap vin every time.
To play it “safe” i believe 11-14 trucks is what you need to (net profit 500k) because again… LIFE HAPPENS. I support your operation in full! Keep grinding!
True!
more like 15 to 18 , because you got to understand those drivers will take 4 weeks off or more plus sitting time.. His numbers are driving 365/7 which is unrealistic
@@CEOKaleb what dispatch service you were using?
His #'s are cool because he's just giving an outline or picture to go off of.. something to base a conversation off of..We know the #'s aren't exact or accurate..you need margin for error and maintenance, emergencies and more..
@@CEOKaleb Hi is local available to work Colorado?
Good info ....Just getting started may go with renting rather than purchase after a deal went kinda south 4me,The underwriter wanted 50% down payment to finance ## NUMBERS#💯
Love the BIGGER PICTURE..CEO
Thanks for the videos my friend. I am a subscriber.
Small question, what do you do if you've picked up a load and the truck breaks down before it reaches its destination?
Thanks
Just call it in to broker if you believe your going to be delayed, hopefully it's a quick fix. I had a breakdown but I was already in drop off city and was fixed before receiving had closed for the day
Great info.
Thanks!
New subscriber here, I just wanted to say that you are one of the best trucking youtubers that I have ever ran across.
Thanks
That's awesome man if you don't mind me asking what load board do you use that accepts new MC authority
DAT and Truckstop. But it's the brokers on there who have different polices . Some work with you and some won't
Nice job be blessed
Thanks bro
This dude is the truth 💯
Thanks
Continuing to check out your channel. Thanks for all you do for the little people. Trying to get started in Atl in the next 30 days or so. Can you talk about if you had to get bonded or not. If so, how much was it? Did you have to pay for it upfront or weekly?
How's the box truck business treating you now that you're half a year into it?
Love the videos brother. Just one then when you are calculating don't do 4x12 because that's only 48 weeks, there is 52 weeks in a year so you are shorting your self 4 weeks.
Hello Caleb, Which TRUCK GPS do you use ? I use Hammer, I need another good one. Because my truck height is 13'6 .
I'm going to b renting a penske ..os it allowed to install an ELD system..or wat do u ise to keep ur logs ntime of operating..pls advice..thanks!
How do you get such a good rate on the truck? On Ryders website it’s $699 a week plus .28 cents a mile
I love your content! U been helping me so much 🙏
How are you getting your loads? Do you have a dispatcher or do you pick your own loads off the load board?
Thanks for the amazing information. God bless you

what issue are you having getting the truck?
hey bud appreciate you so much thanks but got a question whats some good broker companies for new companys with straight truck?
Email me and I'll send you a list info@ceokaleb.com
Thank you for this breakdown! Is it typical for dispatchers to take 10%? I thought it was around 2-3%. Wishing you blessings and nothing but the best!
Shalom.
10% is typical. Thts what we charge our clients and the percentage drops if they have multiple trucks.
@@jnroberts3842 what's dispatching service contact info?
Would be kind to send me this template boss? I'm loving this excel layout.
Thanks for the info and sharing your business plan. How many miles for the week to earn that?
$880 of fuels worth.
Will any box truck lift gate work or do you need the tuck away one for amazon? Thanks Im looking at truck and the one I have available has the lift gate as the back door. Not sure if that passes.
yea, I not sure how that type of liftgate would work when backing up to a dock to be loaded.
Hey, what dispatch company do you use?
Do you have a video of what kind of gps or tablet you use.
Is box truck insurance more expensive? My insurance for my semi is like 600 a month with True North, I finance the truck
Amazing
Department of ticketing that's right they been that way since I can remember
What loadboard are you using for box truck?
Where can you park one of those when not on duty? Most people don't have enough space where they live.
Would insurance go up because you would add more drivers?
Very Well Explained.
Am An Uber Driver In NYC.
Planning To Move To NC Or Ohio Within This Year. CDL Seems Great Option.
Which City Are You Based Out?
Atlanta. CDL is great and more profitable with more expenses and headaches. But this biz you don't need a CDL
What insurance company do u go thru ? Anyone on the west coast can point me into the right direction
How far in advance do you book a load with Amazon?
So you saying your insurance will cover multiple trucks at the same cost I have 1 truck and I pay 1505.00 monthly. And did start a Trucking with 3500,thats only insurance down payment money I paid 3000 down and I have cdl class A with a 750+ credit score. Then I know you have start up fees dot,mc rental fee etc.. so can you tell me how you did it with 3500 or less
YES - sleeping in your day cab during your 10hr break isn't kind of illegal, it IS illegal. DOT/FMSCA rules are LAW. Fines for HOS violations are $1000 to $16000 PER event. So ONE fine can wipe out your profits for the load you're on, vs a $50-80 hotel room..... Plus you can be placed out of service on the spot by DOT until the violation is corrected. That means you just blew either your pick up or the drop time for the load you're on. Additionally, multiple violations will effect your CSA score with the FMSCA, which could trigger an audit. This means that they can go back and find violations over multiple months, which could get you shut down completely or end up with thousands of dollars in fines. The thing to keep in mind is that with your own authority, you are no longer treated as just a driver, you ARE a company with all of the good and bad that entails.
Thanks for that comment, your 100% right. Violations are not to be taken lightly.
Thanks Daniel.
No it’s NOT illegal as long as you log it OFF DUTY. You can use sleeper birth on your logging device. I use to do HOT SHOT and a DOT man in Pennsylvania told me as long as I log OFF DUTY and I use 10 hours consecutively it’s perfect legal to sleep anywhere during that time. He told me all these things because I had showed logging Sleeper birth and after measuring the inside of my GMC SIERRA DENALI he told me these things and let me go!!!
Don't get caught sleeping in that box 🚚 everything he sayin is tru fam
You can sleep anywhere you want when off duty for 10 hrs except the front seat. Get a sleeping bag and sleep on the hood if you want. The dot can not legally tell you where to lay down.
