Excellent as usual, so nice to see the B757 although seasonal. Cancun was rated #1 Vacation Destination. That hill is a great location because it gives you a perfect site line plus it is flat. Thanks! I had to wake up at 7:00AM just to get to the airport and get that. I was shocked to see a fully loaded Delta 757 going out of BDL. I thought it was private there too, however in our Connecticut Plane Spotters facebook group we usually go as a group, and call airport operations to let them know our intentions. To my knowledge, the area there is public, and as long as you don't park along the road you should be fine.
FoolishMortal Unfortunately the police did and kicked us out. Shame as that was one of my favorite spots also. I haven’t gone back in years but I miss it.
No one is allowed to spot there anymore :( But if your looking for locations still I recommend you go to Bradley Bowl for overhead shots and the cell phone waiting lot for side shots. That's where I go and never have a problem =D
