    I have to say this is the BEST video on how to tie a knot with Stretch Magic and not having to use glue, plus the way you showed it, you went through it slow and the camera angle was perfect for us to see!!! Thank you SO much!

    I've been making bracelets for close to 5 years. I've always had to stay away from stretchy bracelets because for the life of me, I could NOT tie it without it coming undone. I watched countless videos, and none of them worked, or I wasn't doing it right (which is extremely likely 😅). And finally, after all these years, I have found a video that I was able to follow and it actually WORKED!!! I can't believe how simple it actually is. The other videos I've seen make it look like some kind of jewelry sorcery. Thank you so very much! I'm gonna go tie 6 million knots now! 😁💜🖤💜

    I made a beaded bracelet 1 time when I was a young girl and it came undone, beads everywhere. I lost all desire to make bracelets.
    Now, as an adult, I'm looking back into it as a way to bond with my nieces and in the future, my daughters.

      I'm so happy you came across this video early in your jewelry making. I've been making bracelets for close to 5 years and I've ALWAYS struggled with tying stretchy cord. In fact, I've never made a stretchy bracelet because of that. I've had to stick to wire, crimp beads, jump rings, and clasps. This is the only video I've been able to follow that worked. And trust me, I've watched hours of videos over the years trying to learn.

    i've been going through youtube trying to find how to do this and they were all so confusing. this one was simple and quick and easy. thank you!!
    edit: i'm trying to make a bracelet and i tightened the overhand knot before i pushed it all the way. any suggestions for loosening it?
    edit: i went to michaels and got the same brand and it worked! thank you so much!

    • @letitbead2084
      @letitbead2084  2 года назад +3

      It’s pretty hard to get it loose once tight but you could try sticking a needle through it to get it to loosen up. Good luck:)

    THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCHHHH!!!!!!!!! I was trying to make a bracelet yesterday (it was my first time making one without a friend helping me knot it or cut the string at a certain size for me) and it kept falling off my hands and the beads would all fall! I even tried doing your tutorial but the bracelet either came out too small or it would fall when i try doing the finger knot thingy. But!! I tried to make it (again) today but instead i made a new LOONNGGGG string, and i did your tutorial, guess what? IT WORKED!! THANK YOU!!!

    Thank you for doing this video! I am doing this now. I tried other methods and felt they either weren't secure enough or too bulky. I tried doing a surgeons knot then an overhand knot on top of it but wasn't happy. So yesterday I untied all my stretch choker necklaces and did the way you suggested.
