Thanks to the page Dragon Ball Dubs and Lunarien Aphelioak for sending some dubs like the Korean Kai or the Indonesian Kai to me. Thanks to the project ANICOM for the Broadcast audio of the Latin American Spanish dub.

For the german one it goes:

-> "Do you hear me? You will NEVER defeat me, because NO ONE defeats Freeza!"
Goku: "Du willst es so!"
-> literally: "You want it like that" as in "You're asking for it"
For the german (Kai) one it goes:
Freeza: "Von mir...Von mir getötet werden!"
-> "By me...Killed by me!"

I find it funny how the Japanese version of Kai in this video used the Yamamoto score when newer American blu-rays and DVDs have the Japanese version with the kikuchi music

Though for both Japanese versions I’m sure Goku says 「バカヤラー」 “baka yarā” instead since he’s a country bumpkin, which affects how he talks compared to most in the city, including the other characters too.
Edit: I’m wrong, he actually starts speaking formally when he becomes a Super Saiyajin.
Actually in the Japanese manga he clearly says baka yaro so that’s clearly what he’s saying

(The best way I could translate it due to the huge translation barrier.)
But- can you transcript what the characters say in Cantonese?
Neat. The Korean and Greek versions also have an old lady voicing Freeza in their dubs.

Genuinely one of the most complete dub comparison videos I've ever seen, nice detail to show the voice actors, the year and subtitles to most dubs. Also you got my respect for using the latam spanish broadcast audio

Thanks! I had been waiting for a year or so when I was making it, so it was a lot of hours searching. Curiously I made some minor mistakes with a few voice actors but it is already done, I can correct it in the description.

The Italian version of the manga kept the heavier insult ("You moron!") intact. It was reduced to "But you're a fool!" (with "but" commonly used as an expression of disbelief in Italian, should the sentence originally not require it - e.g. "Dài!" means "Come on!", while "Ma dài!" becomes "But come on!" as in "OH COME ON!") in the anime.
As for Kai's absence, Mediaset having syndication rights on the anime means the IP is more or less theirs regarding animation. Given Kai's abridging of the original Z show would mean shorter reruns, Mediaset chose not to allow it to be dubbed.
correction on indonesian cast 7:12 cos i just found out that freeza was actually voiced by Ary Wibowo on dbz kai
also transcript & translation: freeza's part: "Aku akan.. aku akan membunuhmu! Terima ini!" (I will.. I will kill you! Take this!). goku's part: "BODOH KAU!" (YOU IDIOT!)

For reference, Goku's line in the Portuguese dub is "Assim o quiseste!", roughly meaning "You begged for it!" (literally it would mean "You wanted it thusly").
Also, small nitpick, but it's spelled "vencerá", the accent is important. But like I said, it's a nitpick. Good video by the way.

Polish dub: there is just a voice-over version, not a dubbed one so I didn't include it.
Czech dub: I could only find until the episode 104 and this is episode 105. (Wrong, the Czech dub doesn't exist)
Russian dub: they dubbed only until episode 26
