Im thinking between this, Orient SK reissue and the Seiko SNKM97, what would you recommend me to get? I can only afford one and Im buying it to celebrate getting a new job after being broke for nearly a year and struggling so its gonna be an important piece to me
Hey man, congrats on your new job! It’s definitely something worth celebrating. For me it’s hard to choose between the watches you mentioned because I’m not exactly fond of them. The Orient SK has a hacking/handwinding movement and this in my opinion is important. The SNKM has the ancient 7S movement which is very robust but accuracy is hit & miss. Also lacks handwind/hacking. The Citizen quartz is better in terms of accuracy and fuss-free usage (no need to set time), but you’d need to change battery every now and then. Maybe look at a Citizen eco-drive with sapphire crystal? Something like a Citizen BJ6520? Or maybe wait a bit more and get a Tissot PRX?
@@AndyinSGthanks for the tips bro, Im probably leaning toward the Orient SK out of the 3 now after reading your opinion BUT I didnt realize that I'd love the Tissot PRX so much, I didnt realize they had a cheaper quartz model so I never paid attention to them, I might have to get that instead
I purchased it about 10 months ago. Lovely little piece. ❤
Nice! Wear yours in good health.

@@kidcxspr The PRX quartz is a great model at the price point. I think that’s a good choice. Enjoy your new watch. And congrats again on your job!
