The Medical Community doesn't want Med. Students Educated beyond the Cirriculum (sp) that was written over 100 years ago (thanks to John D. Rockefeller) as they would loose Control over the system in place and the Drug and Insurance Companys would have to find a New way to SCREW the public....and then their's Wall Street...

Unfortunately the Medical Industrial Complex is based on pain and symptom 'management' rather than 'cure'. This type of education robs them of their fortunes by enabling the people to take their health and wellbeing into their 'own' hands.

Remove all processed meats. Meat or eggs must be from grass fed + grass finished animals found locally from farmers you can meet personally. Remove all dairy. If you must have dairy, have goats milk. But remove all for atleast a month anyway to see what happens. Remove all wheat, rice, nuts, grain etc. Focus on eating mostly vegetables (must be cooked, never raw), with small portions of meat or fish (My daily protein intake is either 3-4 eggs or some wild caught sardines IN WATER). You can't trust sardine companies to use olive oil when they advertise olive oil. Often times they use inflammatory oils like soybean oil or canola oil but they will say it's olive oil on the cover. You should get your probiotics from fermented vegetables (or homemade goats milk kefir if you can handle it. I cannot.) that you make at home yourself and have them with either lunch or dinner. Follow those guidelines and you will relieve a lot of your symptoms

WOW - Dr. Berg, I am usually not a big "Commenter", but I have been a fan for about half a year. I have adopted a Healthy Keto and IF lifestyle, but I always had interest in a deeper dive into the intestinal innerworkings and this video absolutely answered many of my questions. It helped to understand the what and the how things work down there. I really appreciate your thorough and real-world style of communication without all of the need to impress your audience with all of the med-technical jargon.

You're explaining how our digestive system works putting it in a simple layman's terms for us concerning medical procedures is a beautiful gift that you are sharing with us free of charge, is very much appreciated. Thank you so much! You are having a share of full filling Bible prophecy at Luke 8:17; " For there is nothing hidden that will not become manifest, nor anything carefully concealed that will never become known and not come out in the open." Thank you for sharing and being honest with us. Keep up the good work 👏.

Love the simplicity and absolute clarity your images and charts convey. But wish you had touched on the start of digestion in the mouth, with the salivary amylase which ideally prepares the food before it starts the breakdown in the stomach, why you should chew your food properly, why you should start with salads and a bit of sweet to get the juices flowing. Traditional Indian meals follow a specific pattern, starts with a small piece of fruit touched to sugar or honey, this is followed by a sprout or finely chopped salad, followed with rice on which one top of ghee is poured and had with a ladle of cooked Redgram, then the rest of the menu with vegetables, curries et. Al. All meals are finished off with buttermilk or curdrice. No water is taken with the meal, as it is believed to dilute the digestive juices.

Thanks for the suggestion ,that part of the digestion is as important as the one Dr.Berg published.

"The rest of the menu with vegetables" 🍃 --- Isn't that over-cooked and has therefore killed the good enzymes in the food? 😱 That's my question, as I've heard that Indian food is typically cooked for hours.

Thank you Dr Berg, recently had a ileostomy and I'm familiar with the ENS as well as microbium. Still looking for more information and how to heal my body. I learn more everyday and this is a very important video. Thank you again. I understand every body is different and mine has recently been modified. I have no idea how this even happened ( with my surgery) yet, it did. I understand that I'm not absorbing nutrients like before and trying to sort this all out.. I worked for a D.C. many years and learned much about nutrition, still am in this situation presently and would greatly appreciate more information that you may be willing to share. Thank you again.

You are a credit to the Human race, Dr. Eric!
You help us understand the one vehicle that is with us through our whole lives from beginning to the very end, it's called the human body. It should come with an owner's manual at the beginning of our lives so we can keep with us and learn to operate effectively and efficiently, but we don't and rarely our parents are knowledged?[if that is a word] enough to pass on the information like you are...... so kudos to you- very much appreciated. Excellent! excellent! I can't say enough how much we appreciate you.👍🏻🌍🔥⚡💥🌴
