Can we just take a moment to appreciate the camera team. Man the filming of these stuff is absolutely 💯 🔥. Good on ya lads
And the GU just seems to go
with 3pieces 20.000$ camera's it beter be.
Always in my mind how incredible they r 🌹
@@hdj81Vlimited there’s more to good cinematography than good gear bud
The true heroes here are the camera operators
I love how when Graeme winches he holds the button out the window as if it will get better reception to the winch or something 😂
lol
You know it works!
Graeme fucking loves winching he said it atleast 50 times that episode hahaha
@@James-ef1ix hahahahhahahha he’s an absolute fiend aye
@@kermittf9896 nah dont id forgotten about those hip holsters
When Graeme says "now I know what it's like" after getting mud in his eyes.. and Shauno just gives him a sly little look hahaha
Tasmania delivers! Some of the toughest tracks there are. Puts any track in the USA I know of to shame. Awesome team work to get the crippled rigs off that track. ROCK ON!
only real fans caught that
:D
@@bilinasmini3480 you ever been on the Rubicon or Fordyce with a blizzard coming down? I have
yes noticed that!! something tells me it isnt the first time its happend to graeme!! 😉
That 80 series is a beast. Honestly, companies like TRD should take their 4x4s to Tassie in order to test them. If a car can survive these tracks intact, it can survive anything else
TRD a company? Thought its part of toyota?
@@cricry yeah it's kinda like AMG for mercedes or RS division for Audis. It's not a company in on itself but they take the cars from other divisions and turn them into monsters
You three make the best combination, all laughs and the three of ya’s seem as happy as a dog with two tails
Three tails!

Need Jocko, that'll be a banga
@@danielc3433 jocko dose make for good content
Definitely need more jock 👌
The fact that Sooty keeps going after so many years of hard tracks really blows my mind.
Money is the reason hah
Watching sooty dragging the 79 through wide open, I’ve grown a new respect for that truck. She will go down in history for sure
Sooty coming through once again to save the day!
UP THE 80!!!
That 12volt is what our family of 4 is saving for. We are just got a dual cab and are start to set up a basic set up to take the whole family camping around the great SA
I'm also from SA
Awesome stuff hope get there soon keep grinding to get there
You gotta give it to Sooty on this one, Shauno practicing what he preaches ... a well prepared and maintained vehicle is key to being the hero. I bet if one squeak was wrong, he'd know 👌👌
Sounds like locker lines have leaks this episode.
@@trollingdirty8910 he said that they're leaking
The whole rig is one big squeak 😂 but definitely well prepared
Greatest comments of all time.
1.We’ll go on 3. 3,2,1,go
2.Graham’s gonna have to give me little pull here.
The best 4wd content there is.
Love it👍👍💪.
what an absolute crazy video, tasmania looks like it holds some insane tracks. I’m 18 and just bought my dream a 80 series a couple months ago and a redarc system would be absolute crazy item to my rig. honestly i think it will take me some long and hard years to fully modify my rig as i am struggling to make a living without being vaccinated, however, i would greatly appreciate even being considered for the redarc system.
keep up the good videos 🤙
Stuff the government and their vax mandates aye. Hang in there brotha 💪🍻
Keep up the fight my friend 💪. I'm a 33 year old pure blood myself, and the realization of my building my rig is going to take a few years to get it to were I want. One step at a time my friend 🇺🇲🕊️
Tassie is really tough! You did an amazing job guys! Sudi carried the day, the 79 is equally capable weapon only the clutch failed it, for the dmax i have never understood how Graham pulls those stunts with it! That was the best mates! From Nairobi, Kenya 🇰🇪 🇰🇪 🇰🇪
Finally found another Kenyan who loves this show...
@@mitchellemburu1944 i love the show and have watched almost all episodes.
The 79 is junk. It's a new vehicle and has had problems on both trips it's been on.
The sense of adventure you give us is amazing. Another great episode guys.
Id like to see one of you guys run tire chains through a tough track to see how it compares with the others in the mud
This 12v dual battery kit give away would be perfect for my trips to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Would make the late night shore fishing last longer with more light time and more time keeping those lines wet!
I've been stuck on the banks an extra night a few times do to a flat battery.
Love all the content you guys put out. Absolute Legends!! ya'll inspired me to get out there and enjoy the world around me. Much love from a friend in the States!!
Tasmania delivers! Some of the toughest tracks there are. Puts any track in the USA I know of to shame. Awesome team work to get the crippled rigs off that track. ROCK ON!
cold stream is now shut.
Epic, epic episode this, could be one of the best you have ever made. Sooty, tough as nails. What a weapon!
That set up would be the perfect thing for me as I have just rolled my ute, was coming around a bend on a fire road and another car was coming the other way, blind corner i locked up and slid straight sideways and rolled down the ditch luckily a tree stopped us and the 3 off us got out with minimal scratches, sad day but no one was hurt. This would be perfect for the next rig!
One of my favourite episodes thus far. You should all buy Sherps though & breeze through all this terrain easily!
The 12v set up would be unreal to win, Im 17 and just bought myself a rg Colorado. I've got myself a second hand fridge and am saving up to eventually install a dual battery system,. I've been working full time and am saving up my annual leave to do Fraser Island once I get my P's. Saving for stuff like this isn't easy on apprenticeship wages haha.
I just put in a second battery so I can charge all my camera gear plus I’m about to put a fridge in and this 12v system would go a long way
Just bought a 93 NH Pajero based on one of your old 'best budget 4x4' videos. A dual battery set up would be awesome for many trips to come. First trip is Golden Beach VIC for new years
The boys in Tassy always quality content! Appreciate the efforts you and the crew put in opening these tracks for the rest of us! The mrs and I would love the red arc system, we could retire the esky and enjoy cold beers on those longer trips away in our lux. We would love to spend a couple weeks at Frasier and head up to that top spot Shauno rates so highly without the ice melting day 2 😅
✌️
I’m rebuilding a Subaru Brumby 1990 at the moment and a red arc system would be great to put it in the old girl then I will be set to take it to the Simson Desert.
Oh I’ve been waiting all day for this, as Graham would say, I’m about to grab a beer sit back and relax 👌🏼
Can you boys do a feature on the GPS units you use or can reccomend at a couple of different price points. Pretty sure this would be of interest for many viewers
Can’t get enough of this stuff. Cheers from PNW USA
Ya'll are "VERY" LUCKY to have a "mate" like Rueben along!
He does ABSOLUTELY ALL of the work!!🥺🤯
Awesome episode as usual, been watching here in the UK for years!
The 12v set up would be perfect in my 100 series. Slowly building it up for overlanding. Currently have a fridge but no dual battery set up.
Thanks Jonathon.
Tassie never lets you down for 4x4ing. No matter where you are you're not far from an epic track
Given that you can cross the state in like 3-4 hours, for mainlanders it would be awesome for touring and 4x4ing
@@Daniel-vw7ck Yea definitely mate
The Redarc charger would be perfect for my set up! Currently have a battery box and a small second hand solar panel, would be perfect if I could make the second battery a permanent fixture in the back of the LDV. To keep my fridge in the car all the time, ready to hit the road at the drop of a hat is a real dream.
I'd love to explore my own state of WA!
Man you guys know how to put on a show!! Even if it is only part of a run it’s still great to watch you guys try!
“Now I know what it’s like” Shauno trying not to laugh 😂
At least one thing the kids dont understand before the old blokes in a 4wd action video XD
Well that 12vlolt system would suit me perfectly as and help me alot going remote. I'm currently travelling Australia in my Jeep and will be leaving qld at the start of next year to head to camerons corner, then down the Innamincka trail through to the Flinders rangers and across the coast line to Western Australia to explore the south of WA and some up north 🙌
Wow, ok, that is one crazy trail and Graeme takes it on with 33's, now that is confidence.
I had to watch video in pieces. Was getting too tired just watching y'all claw your way through all that.
The BCDC set up is just what we need. Our 2 year old loves watching the 4x4 24/7 videos, they were an amazing distraction during 250+ days of hard lockdown in VIC during covid. Our boy loves being out bush but our camping requirements have changed alot since he was born and this would be a game changer for us! 🤞
Love the vids boys!!! It's one of the things keeping me going at the moment while recovering from a workplace injury. Haven't been able to camp or wheel for months!!! That Redarc system would be perfect for running the Dometic and the coffee machine for the Robe to Beachport run I'm planing as soon as I can get back out! Keep up the great work lads
Would love to have the 12 v set up to really change the way I camp by adding a fridge to the rig in place of a cooler - longer and more enjoyable trips out in remote areas
Great seeing the camera car as a member of the convoy. Would love to see more of it!
Rubens awesome aye. Thousands worth of damage and he's like "Tasmania you are just awesome" I'd be fuming 😂
I loved the camping site, so beautiful. Incredible adventure in the forest and really mudy and challenging
Love your work and effort put into this channel guys! I would love this setup for my Surf here in NZ. After finally passing certification this week after 4 failed attempts since January and a lot of time out in, this would be the final piece to the puzzle. Please consider me guys, and keep up the awesome work!
Old sooty is the workhorse! And old Ruben just keeps laughing, love it
I am a huge fan of your RUclips Channel. My wife and I, and our three young kids from the Netherlands have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we are planning a trip to Iceland. Our adventure will take us to the inland of Iceland, where you can only go with a 4x4. The challenge of vulcanic rocky terrain, lots of water crossings and camping in the middle of nowhere is where the use of the Redarc kit comes into the picture. Not only are there no places to go if your car won’t start because of an empty battery, but we also use a small fridge to make sure our kids can still enjoy a healthy meal! So if you are looking for a good cause for the Redarc kit, we are the one!
first time viewer! I must say the quality of the cinematography that goes into this and the level of productions are insane. literally feels like a show or movie on TV. really do a great job of capturing the fun layed back experience while also highlighting the intense "can I even do it?" moments. well done
Love the videos been watching for years now, the redarc set up would be perfect as I’ve been saving up for a 12v set up to go camping with the misses! Good episode guys !
That redarc kit would come in real handy. Can't wait to take the family to Kinkuna beach and Fraser!
Hell of a video, thanks lads!
I recently bought my first 4x4 because my 7 year old son asked me to take him camping, and teach him how to fish. We live in Melbourne and he's been watching so many Cape York, and Fraser island videos online. I've already gone and bought a formula/king suspension upgrade, custom making a cargo roof cage, and been doing a lot of research into a dual Battery setup to keep us out adventuring for longer. If I get all the needed bits finished up on the rig in time, I'll be taking 6 to 8 weeks off mid next year to take my little family on the Adventure of a life time, and visit all those places my son is desperately wanting to see. A lap of Fraser, head to the tip, see some ww2 relics, and the coloured sands, and make our way back to Melbourne down through the centre. I'm stoked he wants to be out and see everything rather than be on the couch with an ipad. He's a little legend.
The 12 volt would be a dream for myself and kids as we are just getting started in 4x4/ camping. To be able to keep an eye on our battery would be awesome. Love this hard action packed episode
Just got to love old Sooty what a amazing rig or does it come down to a amazing driver 👍🏾
Great show like always guys 👍🏾
Got to love Tassie! Ive been building up my patrol over the last couple of years for 4wding and touring that awesome redarc 12v set up is the next step for me and my rig it really would make the world of difference! It’ll help make it more realistic for me to go on longer trips!
Epic episode guys! Credit to the whole team! Watching this show has definitely given me the thirst to explore, I've started exploring close home for now and the whole family loves it. The redarc system would really help us be able to go further from home for longer periods of time. I guarantee if we were the lucky ones to get the system it would get alot of use!! Cheers guys keep the great content coming 😀👍
Graeme is so witty hahah....even on the outakes he literally thinks on the fly
know 👌👌
Great ep guys as usual! The Redarc system would be perfect in our rig for our honeymoon road tripping and camping in FNQ!
Unbelievable that you even had the time to laugh let alone smile!
You Guys did very well, I am impressed and am looking forward to your next outing!
That 80's series is phenomenal.
Inspirational stuff. I love seeing the recovery techniques and how the different makes and models stack up on the same obstacles. keep it coming!
I love how you guys say 12-14 psi for beadlocks is low, which it totally is… but I usually run about 8-10 with non bead locks in moab
Moab may as well be a different planet in comparison to Tasmania
Our family's first 4WD voyage was from lockdown Melbourne to do the Gibb River Road and the north west coast. Our Pajero and camper trailer electrics are well undercooked and the Fridge freezer struggled to keep food fresh in the warmer weather. We have a Cape York adventure planned for 2022 but a lot of work to keep icecreams and beers cool.
Camping, 4wding, cooking, exploring - the best
Would absolutely love the redarc gear! I use a CPAP machine to sleep and to be able to set up my big pootrol with a way to go away and still sleep well would just be an absolute treat!!!
Haha nearly popped it out at 7:41
Also
Shauno: you don’t know mud until you’ve been to Tasmania.
Me: hahaha well then I know it like my family cos I live in tassie
I wanna go 4 wheel driving all around Australia but sucks I’m 12 when I’m writing this and can’t get my license yet
BUT
when I do get my license I’m gonna deck out a Nissan patrol gu coil cab or deck out an 80s land cruiser
Cars will probably be electric by then so that sucks :(
I also rate the first campsite 8/10
When you said “south of Burnie” I full on crapped myself I was like: HOLLY MOLLY THEY ARE NEAR ME JUST WITHOUT THE SOUTH
Get the 80 mate
@@AnimalFriend969 idk I like my Nissan’s tho mate
That 12 volt kit would be the perfect edition to our tourer in the making. Having a 12 volt system such as that one would give us the comforts of running lights and a fridge while also being assured it will always be reliable and the beers will always be cold at camp! The first trip with that kit would definitely have to be to Israelite bay in WA which is a beautiful and remote place that needs a 12 volt kit like this one. Great episode boys!
We did the Jeep Track back in 2010 in a standard Disco 2 with only a set of KM2's on it. No winch and no recovery gear. We were very green 4wders at the time but the disco made it no problems. Looking back we were crazy and lucky. Miss Tassie as we are now QLDers.
Gday 4wd 24/7 crew! I’m 17 and currently wheeling a ZD30 Gu patrol. This 12v setup would be absolutely ideal for me at the moment as I’m saving all my coin for one as the old dual battery doesn’t put enough voltage out to my fridge. I’m planning a trip for Fraser next year and if I could have that system in my rig. It’d make it heaps cooler (literally with a working fridge) so I can cook those amazing Shauno camp meals for my boys. I love you all ❤️❤️
Reubens 1st method of depth checking is second to none.
One of your very best episodes ever!!!! Great team work, quick decision making and loads of fun!!!! 👏 guys!!! You indeed keep things 💯 amazing, fun and loads to learn from you mates!!
That 12volt would definitely make my life simpler and give me the assurance to go out more to explore. Once again hats off mates!!❤
Wow, just wow … loved the video. Thanks to the camera team for such an awesome filming of this horrendous track 👏
12volt system in the Dmax MY22 (when I eventually get delivery) would be the icing on the cake for the setup! The finishing touch to get me and the family across the Canning Stock Route.
Sooty the MVP of the episode, gold star for you.
Such a fun episode boys! That Redarc setup would just be amazing for my rig because its been a labour of love doing the build and I am just running a simple dual battery isolator because the budget has dried up and it would just finish things off and really change the way I camp and tour. Would love to head on a Victorian high Country trip for the first time.
That was an epic one. So many setbacks, but just kept throwing solutions at them. Can’t wait to see the next attempt at this track!
Having the 12v setup would be a great game changer for me. I'll be able to upgrade me and my group adventures. Now I need to make short and local trips. I must consider not to flat my battery. I live in Israel and it gives me the ability to explore the Negev, the big dezert in Israel.
Go with a second battery and a solar panel and you will be sorted. Especially where you are.
When Graham said, 'I got it straight in the eye' it sounded like he followed it up with, 'Now I know what its like...' LOL!!!!
The 12v Redarc charger would be perfect for my Ranger build that is slowly getting there. I’ll be travelling all around Australia with my setup so something as reliable as Redarc gear is what i need. Awesome episode, Tassie really puts on a show!
Always love seeing what yall have for tracks over there in that part of the world. That 12v system would be fantastic since I go out into the back woods for weeks on end which sometimes kill my battery. I've been looking for a set up already so winning this would be amazing
so entertaining - loved the recoveries and sheer determination ... always with a smile - awesome camera work
The 12v setup in our FJ Cruiser is the perfect upgrade to Lithium we’ll be needing before our 3month WA trip. It’d also be the perfect setup in our camper trailer ensuring everything stays cold and the lights come on at night. Great work guys 👍
Love the Tassi adventures!
The Redarc package would be chipper for family & myself, cold juice boxes & frosty beers camping in the Grampians would be epic! Cheers lads!
Great adventure guys! Something I want to point out is that its really nice to see some footage of the cameracar once in a while, because its also such a cool rig and especially when the new camera car is on the job it would be nice to see a little more of it as well. Thanks guys!!
That 12 volt setup would be unreal to win, would be the start of how I want to set my bus up for family and boys trips away 👌.
Way to go boys! Insane track and really app all the work you all put into these trips! Good on ya!
Like shows like this. Its good to have clear runs but these problem trips prove its not always easy!!! Love it!!!
A+ team as always... The dedication to go all night back through.. epic! I just wish Jocko and kota was on this one! Maybe next time
Me and wife have purchased a 150 Prado. I’m slowly getting it ready to head to Esperance and explore south Australia. We are on a strict budget and I haven’t been able to sort out our 12volt setup. Thanks 4wd 24/7 love the content.
If Jocko was with you guys and was on winching/snatching duties, would that make him a Jock Strap?
Honestly, love it gents, keep it coming
Always entertaining, and keeps me looking forward to my next outdoor trip. Keep up the good work boys!
Cheers to the best 4wd’s ever built.. the mighty 80 SERIES… I’ve had mine for 12 years, been through so much and it still has more to go, never will I ever sell it, it’s my pride and joy… I might just go and give it a hug 😂
Serious adventure, you guys know how to live it up. I’m planning a trip next summer, in my LR 69 series 2a, to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco a 7000km round trip. The red arc system would be a huge help! Thanks Greg
Wild episode boys!! Loved seeing the big soot bus come and save the day.. the redarc 12 volt setup would be a dream come true as im heading to the cape next year for the first time ever and currently lacking cold beers in the bush.
The set up would let me know when my fridge is gonna die. Bloody important especially when prepping for a big slog by the camp fire. Cheers guys
Another great episode boys thanks for the enjoyment! That redarc set up would be absolutely perfect for my family, we have always dreamed of a cape York and Fraser trip and we’re going early next year but unfortunately our new duel cab we bought second hand has turned out to be a lemon and cost us thousands in repairs. It would mean the world to us to finally win something especially this set up to get us on the road. Cheers guys looking forward to the next episode!!
That red arc charger set up would be perfect for my rig, just started touring to Fraser and Moreton regularly and starting to need more then just the standard esky and re-chargeable lamps to keep comfortable on the islands. Would be a fantastic option to be able to set up the kit to help run camp lights and charge accessories while off the grid for a week at a time
Awesome video guys, love the 3 of you! Recently purchased my first 4WD and wanting to install a dual battery system before I head for Robe-Beachport over NY now that SA is open to us Victorians!!
Love the Tassie adventures, the Redarc package would be chipper for the family & myself, keeping the juice boxes & beers frosty, exploring the back tracks of the Grampians! Cheers lads!
Ol' Sooty's got a set of big ones that's for sure! I just made the decision to go dual battery on my Discovery 1 and this bit of 12v kit you are giving away would be ideal for a proper build. Once shes up, I have plans to get the camp kitchen and fridge squared away as well as auxiliary camp lighting. Thanks for all the great content! CHEERS!
Tassie does it again! such an adventure! and this looks so similar to my region in northern Patagonia, densely forested, wet, cold, rainy, although we do not have that much mud, because of the volcanic soil, which drains much better... so my jeep fared better than your trucks... I`ve been to Aussie and traveled from the Olgas to Kakadu and know how difficult wetlands are, which is of course worse when you have to beware of the crocs! great adventure as usual you mates, always funny
Perfect setup for what ever life throws at you. Planning a trip to Fraser and the Cape and this would be ideal to get me there.
You would have thought all that work would have taken the fun out of it but still smiles all round.
On ya Guys One he'll of a episode ✌
Ah gotta love tassie!!
That red arc system will be perfect for my upcoming cape trip next June! Dual battery system settup is on the cards and needs to be done.
Keep up the great work legends!
love seeing the camera car included in some of the clips its definitely something we need more of
