Yes. This tour is so well designed. She pulled back on her dancing a bit but still gave big multi sensory production. She gave us that ballad opening to really sink into the vocals. @@Vishalx01it’s hard to say because she gains and loses things. Her voice has matured so she’s lost some ease with upper belting but her lows are better
You know I don't think that we have been appreciating Beyonce's voice over the years. She had a lot of haters who wanted to criticize her vocally early on. But over the years, we have heard her improve and advance vocally. Even though many don't want to give her her props. Her voice is superb and if I'm not mistaken, Kelly Rowland said that Beyonce has perfect pitch and Beyonce did all of their vocal arrangements on the Destiny's Child songs. I am so glad Jaron that you featured her here and showed the brilliance of her voice. She deserves praise for her powerful vocals. Well done Beyonce.
She doesnt or didnt have perfect pitch. I remember her voice during the DC days. And im talking ab live performances. I think her voice was tired or she didnt realize certain styles werent her strength. I was appalled. Now? She sounds so much better
@@THEDOORIZCLOSED I strongly disagree. Her voice was rarely ever tired. She was running like a track star effortlessly and doing a lot of improvised runs and riffs on the spot at any moment
@@AngeBiampandou so i remember watching her LIVE, who are you to tell me what I could and could not hear or see? She would trail off key ESPECIALLY when she was doing vocal riffs. She also over-adlibbed. DC vocals were as amateur as the Pussycat Dolls. Their main appeal was how cute and pretty they were. No one was taking them seriously as ARTISTS, just decent acts. Beyonces team scrubbed the internet of her falling down, her vocal disasters and her “ugly faces” when shes dancing but I remember when she had her hiccups. She didnt start off perfect like y’all claim bc NO ONE does. Thats why others acknowledge her growth. Y’all act like growth is a sin. Get over it
I’ve been enjoying uploads of most of the cities and when she said this is her gratitude tour and it’s not about being perfect every time I believed her. Every city’s performance has different nuances and different deliveries. She’s seasoned and comfortable, playing with melodies and just making natural beautiful choices.
Queen Bey is one of the greatest artist and I just can't understand how people say she's overrated. The skills she has and the way she's matured even more when she already was fantastic back then. The performance of "I Care" that you analyzed was in Hamburg and I was there. It was my first time seeing Beyoncé live which was a dream come true. When she let the audience sing for the first time of that show during I care, I was totally in awe, my heart was happy and I was crying while singing. And to this day my brain still can't process the fact that I witnessed her live. Still feels so unreal but I'll never forget
I was trying to explain it to my friends but I don’t have the musical education. The way I put it is there is just a sweetness in her voice that is all over the live performances. It is unbearably good!! I get goosebumps!
Bey also played a LOT more with the vocals during this show.. Typically she sticks with the standard vocals for each song but this particular show she showed everyone that she can go off script and dig into her vocal bag and go in any direction she so chooses to lol. I love it!!!
I love the opening of the show. I'm went to Detroit and Jersey in the same week. Beyonce totally has voice control that makes it so dramatic and romantic. And, control of the whole stadium, because the whole time you completely mesmerized by the grace of it all. It leaves you speechless!!
Beyoncé has grown a lot from when she first started her voice is more grown women she has learned how to control her voice and how to do the runs very well I’m soooooo proud of Beyonce Happy Birthday Mutha 42nd 🫶🏾🫶🏾 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
This is so moving when you see her sing this at the concert. This a love song to her fans. This is right after she thanks her fans for riding with her all these years.. then she goes into this. It is so powerful when you are in there listening with thousands of other fans. I had tears running down my face. It was amazing.
Saw her in LA this past Saturday and when she did Flaws and All, I lost it!!! Lol it literally felt so…idk. It was incredibly moving. She went into Flaws and All, I Care and I was like “you’re killing me!” I bet my sister couldn’t stand me lmao. It was such a feeling! Her voice has gotten so strong in her latter years, strong and the tone is just soooooooo good. I love her. I just love that woman.
People say she cant sing because they just hate her for just breathing. So thats what tour up against. I went to see her live in London first time. I can honestly say. There is no aetist around at this time particularly these New Age artists. That can sing Live the way Beyonce does. Her voice permeated around Tottenham stadium. No auto tune no gimmicks just raw vocal talent. Shes in a league of her own no one can toich her. The Nay sayers, haters have hated on her forr day one. Who cares about them.
I still dont understand when people say she cant sing. I think her "sanginnn" is so technically different and prob difficult that it goes above peoples head of understanding. Now for her to pull this feat off almost every night without staining her vocals is incredible. If i could sing her runs and skills would be my masterclass in fluidity. She is in a class all to herself like others I put her in the MJ class for being the consummate performer and ALWAYS knowing where that camera is while dancing, singing, as well managing her craft. Incredible!!!!
@@Eastpointeher singing has never moved me either and i’ll never understand why. She has some bops tho and her voice is clipped and precise. Probably too “perfected” to me maybe thats why its not moving. Celine Dion has a rasp to her voice when she hits her high notes and some singers evoke more passion in either or both soft and loud voices. To me Beyonces voice is carried by the beat. When she does her growls and runs im kind of like “girl…just stop. This aint it.” But when she lets the music or the background singers do their thing and theres less adlibbing from her part it sounds so much better. I see thats what shes evolved into as well. Theres a video of her oversinging Say My Name for example. Shes doing less which gives more
I just don't like the sound of her voice. Her singing or talking voice. But she can definitely sing. The only song I love that she has done is a remake of the Closer I Get to You with Luther Vandross. Her voice was soft, pretty, melodic. But she was signing with the master, so I am sure he gave direction. Although, listening to this, her singing has gotten much better over the years
If Beyoncé have the same voice And tone, And ALL, but ALL her songs was like Dangerosuly in love And listen, And she only use long dress, no one Will say that, its about what they see, not about what they listen .
I thought I could listen to you speak and analyze all day but BABYYYYYYYYYYYY the way you hit them notes, runs and licks I SWEAR I COULD listen to you sing ALL DAY ERRYDAY!! 🥰😩🙌🏾 As always, thank you and please keep ‘em coming! 🤎
Beyoncé always had that Opera, Arabian, semi soul technique that’s her own. Attending her first two concerts, I would get annoyed at how long she would stay on a slow song with that opera (scale runs) but, this concert was different. I didn’t even like her rendition of Frankie Beverly but, again she changed up. She took all the issues of those songs, and provided a mature, intentional new arrangement that focused on her control of the song vs letting the song over power her. Also, I’ve always said that she is the only musical Artist that sing with her eyes open which is her best asset so, she decided to use them even more during this concert along with more facial expressions. She practiced more facial expressions over the years and took us on an emotional rollercoaster of joy, pain, love, thrill, sexy, excitement etc using smiles, winks, stares, monster faces, etc . I wouldn’t be surprised if she is preparing to act again. This concert will go down on history and the only thing next is to get Kelly, Michelle, Latavia and LaToya tight so we can pay another $500 for that concert hahaha😂😢😮😊
Yessss. I’ll be right there with you. Im waiting for the dvd, stream or whatever they decide to drop. Lord i wish she would have done like Taylor did and play the concert movie theater. I would have went everyday it played

Opening up with dangerously in love was such a prefect choice and the low range literally set the tone for the entrance. Beyoncé is a musical ear is perfect
DC night 2 remains the top three vocal performances of this tour. Beyoncé truly gave a vocal showcase. Every date following DC she is just trying new things within the songs!

Jaron it's so crazy to me that you just did the video on the movie Prince of Egypt and the song with the mother of Moses putting him into the river with the vocal runs she was doing they sound so similar to what Beyonce's has been incorporating into her live singing lately! Hands down for me it's Michael, Prince, Beyonce (in that order because that's how they were introduced to my life, but Prince gets more acknowledgement because he did it in heels while playing a guitar and jumping off speakers into splits and he played every instrument as fluidly and vocally as he sang ❤❤❤)

Wait till she shocks you years to come. This could be the prime for now but not the prime in the course.
@@coquigirl0789 her voice has matured and I love it !! Wouldn’t necessarily say she’s always in her prime haha .
@@Vishalx01it’s hard to say because she gains and loses things. Her voice has matured so she’s lost some ease with upper belting but her lows are better
Beyoncé is vocal acrobat SUPREME!
Jaron is so good at articulating his craft. He really makes you see the music! He’s also an amazing singer!
ALL FACTS 💯💯💯
We really need to articulate this more. Such an expert review, truly.
YESSSSSSSSSSSS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Get over it
Are the people who say she can't sing deaf?
I’ve been enjoying uploads of most of the cities and when she said this is her gratitude tour and it’s not about being perfect every time I believed her. Every city’s performance has different nuances and different deliveries. She’s seasoned and comfortable, playing with melodies and just making natural beautiful choices.
I came to say this about the differences....because this isn't the version we git in Miami.
I totally agree and I’m so grateful we get to witness this phase in her life/career!
It gets me how you just replicate these runs like it’s nothing then I try to do it and get humbled real quick 😂
Expeditiously lol
It should tell u something
Her voice live was magical, cried the whole 1st part 🤣
Her singing is better now than it was when she was younger
Definitely her voice has matured so much!!!
She’s so much more controlled now. Thank you to her kids 🤭
YES
FACTS
She’s done an incredible job maintaining her instrument after all these years.
This is some of her best work, I saw this Renaissance show Chicago it was amazing
I was in Chicago too for her 2nd show. So good!
I went the first night !
I was there the first night! Took me almost 2 weeks to get my voice back to normal😩 She was amazing!
I was trying to explain it to my friends but I don’t have the musical education. The way I put it is there is just a sweetness in her voice that is all over the live performances. It is unbearably good!! I get goosebumps!
❤❤❤❤
Watching her sing on a computer screen is incomparable to the supernatural experience of witnessing her live. Made me cry and I’m not even beehive.
SO HAPPY YOU MADE THIS REACTION! I am SEATED for this analysis! Thank you Jaron for giving the people what we wanted 🙏🏾

Yes her runs are way more tasteful now.
And she changes the runs every show! Saw it in Vegas and was just blown away.
I feel you sis. I so emotional when she gave “ I was Here” 😢
Me too I was emotional during that also !
We were at the same show! Oh that part tore me up too!
Same show and she got me, too!!!
Witchcraft..
Jaron, you hitting every note O_O is soooooo goood. Wowww.
Tottenum vs Arsenum 🫶🏾
Factssss
PERIOD
Her voice has matured so much!!
@@Eastpointethis was nice and constructive.
Although, listening to this, her singing has gotten much better over the years
@@terrywalker2437 listen to “make me say it again” duet she does with ron isley. I didnt even know it was her she sounds like heaven
If Beyoncé have the same voice And tone, And ALL, but ALL her songs was like Dangerosuly in love And listen, And she only use long dress, no one Will say that, its about what they see, not about what they listen .
Can’t describe my love for Beyoncé. She is THE Star and always has been THE Star
Yes
This concert will go down on history and the only thing next is to get Kelly, Michelle, Latavia and LaToya tight so we can pay another $500 for that concert hahaha😂😢😮😊
hahah you right. I gotta find me a credit card with initial 0% for this damn DC reunion 🤣 cause hot damn, this tour was MAJOR.
Yessss. I’ll be right there with you. Im waiting for the dvd, stream or whatever they decide to drop. Lord i wish she would have done like Taylor did and play the concert movie theater. I would have went everyday it played
That's maturity.
Yess boo I need a destiny's child tour lol
@@RyanTfordListen…my sister and I said we need a credit card just for entertainment in 2024 because ticket prices have gone up for all artists but Bey took away fund from at least 3 artists I wanted to see hahaha
Her voice has blossomed into something very special. It’s not that she couldn’t sing before but this is transcendent!
The growl on that I don’t know why you love meeee omg!!!! I was in a trance! She sounded so good! She gave us everything in Atlanta!
Singing her throat off so beautiful
I went to the Philly show and the DC (Rain) show and I have seen Bey a few other times. But one thing for sure, singing DIL with Beyonce in the freaking RAIN is a WHOLE NOTHER level of VOCAL babyyyyyy she sang down like a 90s music video😍😍😍
dangerously in love and i care in the rain had me sobbing, she ate it tf up
The Tina tribute in the rain had me in shambles
I was there in DC at the rain show… I was soaking wet, cold but I will never forget the experience…
She is an experience!!! Like a must see live🙌🏾 I just seen her in Vegas for the first time
That Atlanta night 2 Dangerously Inlove has to be released as a matter of urgency!!!🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
Yessss! I was at night 2 in ATL as well and was blown away by Flaws and All
Yesssssss it gave me chills I literally was teary eyed 🥹just beautifully done.
Angelic is the sound. Maturity has set into her being as a woman. She's honoring her Southern heritage with her voice. You can hear "she get it from her momma" type feel. 💜👏🎺👑
I attended her show in Miami, the video doesn’t translate the best, her voice you can feel it vibrate through your body,,, beautiful voice..wow
Went to stl and going to Dallas and she still blows my mind with her in person performances
Thanks for doing this one! I went to the Miami show. Her voice is angelic! If I had her voice, I'd never shut up.
Stopped what I was doing to watch this. I just saw her on Friday and I’m ready for your analysis. Thank you! Ps the Queen slayed as usual. It definitely landed that I was witnessing one of the greatest of all time. Unforgettable.
Renaissance was so amazing. Beyonce is even more beautiful, and sounds even better, if that's even possible, live. Words are not good enough to articulate how enchanted I am with her.
Opening up with dangerously in love was such a prefect choice and the low range literally set the tone for the entrance. Beyoncé is a musical ear is perfect
I’ve always enjoyed your analysis and learn something new (as a non-singer) each time! Your analysis today did not disappoint! Thank you!
DC night 2 remains the top three vocal performances of this tour. Beyoncé truly gave a vocal showcase. Every date following DC she is just trying new things within the songs!
Yup!!!! That performance was amazing!!!!
I was at DC 2 and when she sang Dangerously in Love my whole section was just staring in shock and awe. Mouths agape and eyes wide lol it was absolutely amazing to hear
@@victoria4 she was so present that night and it felt like she went through everything we did in the rain. Almost as if she was compensating us with with her vocals. Looking at the crew in CR they were in awe as well!
I always find it weird when people say she cant sing or she isnt a vocalist. She sang her face off during the first act of her show
No actual vocalist would say Beyoncé can't sing. It's always the people who can't sing.
Absolutely actual vocalists praise her vocals. People that don't know about about signing say she can’t.
Even when you get her runs wrong it's still amazing lmao
I was blessed to be at the Philly concert - your analysis is ON POINT. The cupping of the bottom lip!!! Very very intentional and awe inspiring performance/ concert/ experience ❤❤❤❤
I'm biased. Night #2 in DC is her best to me. She showed out in the rain with us.
I agree....we were there too! It was nothing short of amazing!!!
Help I’m biased too, Chicago Night 1 she rlly sang down for us
I agree. I was there that night too.
@@Kylie_Knowles_Carey I think it's safe to say that she has an uncanny way of making us ALL feel like she left it all out there on the stage after her performance in our cities! And that THAT performance was the best. Just appreciate the level of hard-work and dedication she and her team put into EVERY performance and it shows! She's just amazing...so glad you enjoyed YOUR concert. 🙂
Period. We stood ten toes down for our favorite. I was fanning a random woman who almost fainted during the evacuation portion. We were all in it together.
The older Beyoncé voice reminds me of the younger Whitney Houston Voice… If this makes sense to anyone. Just standing there and showing her magic!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕💕💕
Oooh this makes me wanna go listen to younger Whitney!!!
Can you link and video examples below by chance ?
It reminds me of 90’s Whitney’s. Less high & in it’s low register. My two faves.😩😍
i’ve been WAITING for a video like this 😭 love your videos 🫶🏾
Thank you Jaron!!! I’ve been waiting on this for soooo long! Thank you for bringing attention to the RENAISSANCE vocals!
I love Beyonce!❤ This tour was so long, she had to pace herself by changing the arrangements and still sound great. She’s amazing! Her talent is still infectious today as ever. She takes care of her beautiful instrument very well by changing the orchestration of this 2 hour per night tour! This was not easy! How many times have you heard tours cancelled by other people! Not Beyonce tour!❤❤❤ She’s very smart and talented with her career choices!♥️♥️💯♥️♥️
This will be my 3rd Beyoncé concert. I attended her FWT and OTRII and every time I was in awe. To hear her sing live is everything! I can’t wait for this week! I’m going to the Dallas show 😭
Jaron it's so crazy to me that you just did the video on the movie Prince of Egypt and the song with the mother of Moses putting him into the river with the vocal runs she was doing they sound so similar to what Beyonce's has been incorporating into her live singing lately!
Yes Beyonce sings with a smile. I always think of her when I sing because I think that's a great star quality and great for if someone is filming or taking photos.
I want a concert album so bad specifically for this lower key Dangerously in Love
She vocally matured Dangerously in Love. She made that song more grown with her voice box.
Cant wait for you to do her performance of Virgo’s Groove
went to atl night 1….this was my first beyonce show and the lady gave me chills 😂😭 and she literally gets better each and every show its crazy

I was at this show, her voice is absolutely Melodical. Love how you explain the different ranges, the techniques, and her growth. Her tone is deeper, richer, and more angelic in person. ❤❤❤ you cannot help but love the newer renditions. 👏🏾👏🏾💕
I dont follow Bey, however I do have lot of respect for how much she pours out to her fans, her professionalism and her reach for perfection. You, sir were a joy to listen to as you described her performance which helped me to better understand her chops and vocal acuity.
Effortlessly coming out! She was just standing there so poised. What a talent! Nobody like her sorry not sorry.
The mic is on!! It’s dope to hear an expert explain the techniques she uses to sing and dance for 2.5 hours and still eat! Bey is definitely that girl!
I don’t think I have ever seen you smile this much! You definitely love you some Beyoncé!!!
Beyonce sings like Lisa Fischer with impeccable technique to preserve her voice
Bey said my mic STAYSSSS ON DONT PLAY !!! She sounded so good in Detroit !
Maaaan that first 10 minutes of ballads set the whole muthafc$@)&) tone for the rest of the show! It was like “ok BISH the vocals are still here and even better. Now THATS out the way, LETS VOUGUE!!!!”
Thanks for this review! Learned a lot
If I could spend a few hours with B, I’d ask her “how do you make singing so effortless?”. She seems like a genuinely cool person.
It's far from effortless. That's years of hard work honey.
dangerously in love is such a beautiful song - never can age!!!!
I know you voice analyzing but you bettaaa sanggg 😩😩
Yessss Jaron I am here for the 35 min video 🤩🤩🤩
Have you been to one of her shows yet brother? If not....I PROMISE YOU ITS SOMETHING TO SEE!!! I've seen her twice here at AT&T and will she her again on the 21st. You will need two full days to recover from one of her shows because it's 3 plus hours of pure entertainment ❤.

Almost 3 hour show! Her vocal technique/ ability is insane
Beyoncé has always had a beautiful low registered voice. ❤
I, too, have been a fan since 97… but this live version of Dangerously in Love was epic and literally brought tears to my eyes at both shows I attended in Chi and ATL
She was also doing mic play throughout. Adjusting her distance from the mic and pulling the away from the mic gradually etc.
Loved the analysis. Seeing her in person, the vocals were breath-taking the entire night. I was beside myself, the videos crazy enough still don’t do it justice.
I know you probably will, but please Chlöe’s tiny desk just came out and omg it’s sooo goood, we need you on this one 😩😩😩😩
So kind of you to thank the people who posted the videos. I’ve never seen anyone do that.
Lovely review! It truly was an out-of-body experience. I was blown away that these were truly live vocals. Her support is unmatched when it comes to live vocals, in my opinion.
Another idea for your next video: Cynthia Erivo's performance of "I'm Here" from The Color Purple :)
She's my queen! A true inspiration!
I have been a fan since meeting Destiny's Child and Jagged Edge in 97. I honestly think she sounds better after the babies and she's gotten older.
Beyoncé’s voice is powerful and she belts out notes so effortlessly.
