Okay so when I plug in my headphones they work, but the built-in speakers aren't working. Is there any way to fix that? Or do I have to take my laptop into a shop because I tried troubleshooting and restarting the audio, even restarting my laptop.
Unplug the headphones, then double check your audio volume on your computer. Make sure the correct audio device is selected (left click on the speaker icon at the bottom right of your taskbar) when the headphones are unplugged. If that doesn't work, your internal speaker might be damaged.
Try switching on the subtitles of this video to get a better idea of the instructions. There's also an article linked in the description if you'd like to know more.
