@@E621_Rule34 it's not hard to do auto attack on somebody and kitting if needed, this is a basic condition for average ADC player, jinx passive is OP no matter what, they give it to her exchange for that she doesn't have mobility or move speed boost. You just needs to get one assist on any enemy champion and it's over for them , the hard part of that if the enemy team focus you first and your team just watching that, so your team must have a little brain to play with it, but you don't needs many thing because you have maybe the highest range on the game with the rocket weapon.
They should fix the -50 LPs on demotion.

Why Riot insists on going back on a problem they fixed? This is the second time they give Janna a rework that makes her something more than a shield bot, then they nerf her W to put power into her E to make her a shield bot again.
They want to make every sup champ in to a shield bot, because reasons...just look at lulu/nami/seraphine
I'm so frustrated.
The worst part is, her damage wasn’t even that good to begin with. The whole reason Janna is considered strong is because she can roam across the map at like 2K mph. Especially after nerfing her core items for like 4 patches in a row. It’s like Riot heard everyone who plays support say that this was the most fun season for supports we’ve ever had, and they decided we weren’t allowed to have that.

Because she doesn't really need a nerf. She's weak early, weak in 1v1s, she's only strong in late game and in teamfights where she isn't focused. Her big spikes are hitting level 9 for max q and getting her 3rd full item. Both of those spikes are much later in the game than most other champs. Yes she's a snowballing champ but the enemy team needs to focus her in fights and take her out before shes gets passive proc. If you take jinx out of the fight first you pretty much win the teamfight unless your team is mega bad

Riot doesn't understand what a bruiser means. Buffing base AD, but lowering resistances. Bruiser need to bruise, not one shot.
So while we dont want to "nerf Briar" again we are going to subsequently nerf every single item she builds as a bruiser after we spend multiple patches trying to make her bruiser build more viable than her lethality build.
AND they are increasing her hitbox. Riot HQ? More like Clown HQ. A sad time to be a Briar main...

The Jinx R nerf is irrelevant,she never will be broken for her R, meanwhile, Twitch in nerfed in his health, the damage in his R and the slow on his W, and both are the most broken adcs in this meta, but Jinx is popular and twitch not, if that is not the reason why Jinx recieve a Nerf so minimal I do no why then.
Because she’s a female adc and they usually make riot the most money when they drop skins so riot r always reluctant to nerf them directly usually they nerf the items but even then that screws over a lot of other adcs
lets hope she isnt kept broken till arcane, if not, she will be broken when its released
I play twitch and i agree with the nerfs tho, he's an absolute tank at lvl 1 you win every long trade and that's stupid for a late game hypercarry.
Even if jinx is played more she has less win rate and she suffer much more dive comps compared to twitch that you can just being in stealth until the enemy uses his cd and get a pentakill with 4 autos
Welcome to league my friend they always r quick to buff the poster child but reluctant to nerf em just look at yone literally a patch before the high noon event dropped they nerfed lethal tempo to the ground and then the patch the event was dropping they buffed a lot of the items he used🤣 it’s chess not checker for them
Because if you make all of those nerfs you just listed to jinx she will probably be unplayable. She does not have the early game damage twitch has. Twitch also has kit that allows him to engage and get near people or run away. Jinx really doesn't besides poke range but she also doesn't get that early. Jinx is a snowballing champ. She sucks early and gets stronger late game and with teamfights
The slow being reduced on eve W is a buff if you think about it, it just means they will walk towards you faster when they’re charmed…

To be fair he's just a human, not a massive undead juggernaut like Sion. Darius has the same hitbox size as Garen and other humans now, which makes sense.

As a Renekton main, I’ve avoided all bruiser items this season except eclipse and just build full AD as the bruiser items just feel significantly weaker without feeling like I have any health/armor/mr to make up for it.
Theyll revert them (at least some of them) back dw, theyve done things like these before

are they fixing the barrel bug with gangplank? It is driving me nuts. One parts are completely RNG on the NA server. Gangplank is completely not fun at all when the champion doesn't work.
I just want Riot to make bruiser GP viable again. One-shotting people is fun and all but the champ is just way more interesting to fight when he builds bruiser (also way more fun to play if you ask me).

@@Korrupted_dust explains alot. I I'm a terrible eve, and always waited for the full w to charm people. which put me in a lot of very dangerous positions. If it's used mostly for the slow (which is now semi-dead that's a huge change) then I was off by a large amount.

I think you have a complete complete wrong take on Maw. That is pretty much a straight buff. I'd much rather have 10% omnivamp, 5 ad, 15 haste, and .5s longer shield than 10mr, 2% more lifesteal, and 300 gold.

not going to happen. The reason karma is being buffed is to turn her into an e bot in bot lane. The effectively killed karma in top lane with the huge nerfs to her q. If she has no ability to q from range reliably and consistently she can't face even the nerfed bruisers very effectively.
that same nerf is effectively removing her from mid and bot as well. Without wave clear she can't go mid as her only job there is to neutralize the lane, which isn't doable without being oom. Without reliable poke she's also not viable in bot lane unless you see a low damage full tank support first, just to negate all ins (like a leona). Even then janna will often do that job better, as will raka and several others. Who not only do that same job but do have poke.
Theirs no real answer to let karma be a reliable support in the present meta with mage supports and damage supports so heavily present in bot. Without also making her good into melee top laners.
Likely why every single support with shields is having it's damage nerfed dramatically and shields buffed. But that won't be sufficient so long as so many mages exist bot lane, as it's only valuable against non bursty predictable damage that occurs less frequently than the shield cd. The shield needs to do enough to offset the mages burst as they can't offer much damage in return. And if you make it that strong, you break them against anything else. The previous balance with shield supports, was against other shield/heal supports or engage tanks. Mages weren't so prevalent when that was the case, as they do far more damage than that shield will prevent. Usually more consistently and lower cd than the shields themselves (as someone above pointed out. janna shield cd is stupid long
Bro they need to stop fucking with my Olaf they changed him last patch they gave him more monster damage which is cool I guess but they made his abilities weaker so it wasn’t a change as much as it was a nerf and now these fucks are nerfing him out right with not to mention there nerfing his item builds again he’s been getting indirect nerfs like that for awhile though

you guys are wrong about the nilah changes being a nerf. its only the first q hit being nerfed. her aa's are still fine. and nilah doesnt buy much attackspeed so having some more will defo feel nice. q dmg doesnt matter to much anyway. its not even the ability you should max on her. i think this will be a nett even change. might even feel like a buff eventhough its just a slight change in stats wont change dmg output

@@lololol1019 ya her late got a small reduction. but her early being buffed could end up as a net gain. Junglers like bel'veth that invade as often as they do, getting an early game buff can be very noticeable. Hard to tell but we'll see in time
All riven items nerfed... - i mean bruisers are dead now, tanks were strong before and now they are just the only thing to play now on top lane

Proplay won't get this patch, they are going to play on 14.8. that is exactly why she is buffed now, not in the last patch
she already had a lot of presence in proplay. the buffs will probably increase this phenonemon, but it's more the kit itself that made it so she's often picked. she will probably take the place of the late Rell jungle...

Both buffs are targeted specifically at his first few jungle clears. He'll be slightly faster and healthier. It in no way was intended to prompt him to build AD.

Another massive update NO WAYYYY
So Karma just keeps getting stronger wtf
wont matter. she's unplayable in bot and mid as it stands. with like a 47-48% winrate. and her top lane she's got several matchups that are basically unplayable. Unless you 1 trick a champion she's naturally good against then she's really not in a very good spot in general. They are trying to buff her support viability without putting her back in top or mid again, but that's a difficult thing to do.
I'd say the best approach they can do is to nerf her w, and then lower the mana cost on q again. Without poke she can't even play bot lane right now with how it's done. But she's still decent in top at close to 50% because of how good her w is at disengaging melee bruisers/tanks. Nerf her w enough that she can't shrug off most melee engages, and give her some more ranged power to offset it. Puts her in a punishable position, especially if the cd on w ends up too long to deal with repeated engages. bruisers would be pushed off for the first engage but have lethal on the 2nd. her damage isn't high enough to kill them through their innate sustain/defensives if she can't negate every opportunity to engage on her with w. while wittling them down. However a reduced value w would ensure she can't just shrug them all off while not deleting her from mid or bot. but it needs to be compensated with giving some power back to her Q in order to actually clear the wave some. As she would no longer have the absolute freedom to play fully aggressive.

The nerf is the hitbox increase. You have no Idea how frequently I miss skillshots due to the small hitbox. Its frustrating, as if he had an untargetable buff. His wave clear is irrelevant.

@@cyttorak__3481 He has a big body, but the hitbox appear to be somewhere in between the torso, so when the skillshot "hits" somewhere in the tail or the head, it just goes through with no hit.
I mean, you do hit part of its body, but not the hitbox itself so, kinda misleading. Probably should change the colors of the model somewhere around the hitbox instead, because if they just do increment the hitbox itself, well, there is a lot of body to hit.

Evelynn nerf doesn't make any sense. She struggles heavily in the early game and the R nerf is gonna really hurt her since it doesn't have an execute to compensate for lower scaling damage or perhaps they want to incentivize not building Lich Bane first any more..
Lichbane is OP so...doesnt really matter. You can 1 shot people with just E if your fed O.o

They gutted Rengar for the same reason. This game have become "nerf anything that threatens the adc" or any of Riot's fave champs, Yasuo red and blue, Kaisa, Hwei etc

Eve will still be 1 tapping adc's, the ult nerf if anything is a nerf to her damage against bruisers/tanks, and bruiser items are getting hit this patch. All in all this patch is probably a buff for eve lol.
