Cami: I would definitely agree - this guy has the absolute best luck - but, he's apparently aggressive at bargaining ( the store was closing, so he got the sign at a very cheap price - and he then asked for other things "while he was at it" when bargaining for the sign... He's very aggressive. )

I like the shelving David made for his liquor bar. He has enough living space to show his favorite collections. I liked his explanations of how to get decorating and functional pieces for free.
There's a great deal of money to be made in being a private chef; living in a cool apartment on your own, collecting cars, travelling around and having the time to surf. Brilliant for him to have found a way to make a great deal of money as well as becoming master of his own domain and having loads of spare time too. I don't know any chefs who have the luxury of spare time, let alone car collections etc. Thumbs up for the lucky few.

Then she worked off of Fulton Street in Fort Greene section of Brooklyn near DeKalb Avenue and Flatbush Avenue in the early 1990s by the old Albee Sq., Mall. I've always loved the look and feel of downtown Brooklyn, though I don't live in New York anymore.
Love it- relaxing California vibes. His bedroom is nice too- surprised he doesn't use it more. Bedrooms are great for cozy chill time, eapecially in the winter.
