Some people will show off their throw pillows, paint colors, art. This guy's like "These are my bikes and hot sauces". Fascinating how different people view their homes and give a home tour.
He seems like a totally genuine person. Loved all the quirky bits and pieces. Not gonna lie, when you went into the roomate's room I almost expected to see something we shouldn't.
You’re the man... this channel is great... you should put your audiobook on a music streaming service because i listen to it all the time... just a thought, okay back to FKD
What really gets me about these people showing these NY apartments is the fact they never put what the square footage is of the apartment. It would be enlightening to know what that measurement would be in order to compare other apartments that one would be looking for.
Such a nice guy with the well organized creative place. A lot of things resonate with me as a New Yorker. Thanks for giving us this tour and good luck with your channel!
Omg I was raised In New York and I remember Bushwick, red hook ad one other section who's name escapes me, used to be the WORST neighborhoods in Brooklyn. I mean in the news every night.. to hear that someone pays 3000 amonth boggles the mind! I'll think of the name of that other neighborhood cause it's gonna bother me now!
“The hottest hot sauce which I don’t even enjoy it’s just fun to do with friends if you just wanna feel something” LMFAO I shouldn’t have found that as funny as I did
Hi and thank you so much for a tour of your apartment. You made me laugh in a good way because I like the way you have you place organized. When you walked into your apartment the first thing I noticed are the selves that are tucked in the corner of the wall unit!!!! So nice!!! I do like your kitchen island there along with the appliances. The way you have placed you Ikea sofa there in really nice to create a place to sit. The real and fake plants through out your apartment are very nice. For me, it is the real ones that I like to see other people maintain in their homes. Your hardwood flooring is very nice and that cool balcony on an angles it seems there is very cool. Your paintings that you showed are very beautiful. Keep up your work in them!!! And please please keep your cameras that you have there!!!! Please do that! I love camera as well!! Your roommate was gracious and nice letting you come into there while he was working. Your World bedroom cute chair to sit on in front your computer is way too cute. I have traveled the world in my last career and I am glad that I have. Thank you for sharing your apartment home. By the way, I am a pizza lover here in Chicago.
I thought I wouldn't like this video as much as it's a guys apartment... but actually loved it! Well shot, this dude is awesome, and great appt / views 🙌🏼🙌🏼
@@Littlekitten_ Gentrification is basically the process in which urban areas that had been historically inhabited mostly by people of color, like Bushwick, change due to new investments and developments arriving to the area. Like new stores of restaurant and supermarket chains, new parks, ect. Because these developments make the neighbourhood 'cleaner', more desirable and convenient to live in, it increases demand in housing, driving rent prices up. And many of the original inhabitants cannot afford that increased rent anymore, so they are forced to move away. The people who do have the money to move in their place are commonly white, and / or young professionals who find the neighbourhood trendy, but know nothing about its history and the harm 'they cause' to locals by moving there. And a common type of this person is a young freelancer in some creative profession, obsessed with black coffee and film photography (kind of a snob about them too), has tattoos and an edgy fashion sense, politically liberal left, but has only first world problems so they come off as out of touch sometimes ( I am not assuming any negative characteristics about the guy in the video, he just checks a lot of the boxes of this commonly memed stereotype in terms of style and interests ) ... hope this helped :D
I lol'd at this video several times thanks to this guy, he seems like a cool dude. More videos of this kind are always about a person (usually a girl) talking about their favorite candle smell, whatever bright color on a wall that they love or "I love crystals, I have them all around the house"... and this guy is like "I like pizza". Kudos to him.
I live in the crawlspace and scratch at the walls. I am also a fine artist. Sometimes I'll manage to scrape up some dirt from the wall and add water to make a portrait of my hideous face. When he leaves, I emerge from the plants to live in the pizza blanket in hopes of finding a bonus crumb. Anyway, he seems like he is enjoying his space and it's cool that he showed us.
Erin and I really enjoy pants. I like plant in the corner and much pizza! Erin and I are going to start yoga too! Erin LOVES weighted blanket. - Erin and I
This place must be tiny, I have that couch in my office and it’s super small. It looks huge in his space. Place looks great though, cheap too for how nice it is
Amazing apartment and the dude also seems like very nice person, but there is no way he was growing up in Bushwick 😁 i would be shocked to find out that he is not coming from a rich family

Dude is so humble and seems so nice...and a great collector
thanks for featuring my spot! 🙃
Sitting on a ball like that is actually terrible for your back and posture. Throw it off the balcony and thank me later
Great place Jeremy! Can you tell me where you got the awesome floor lamp in the living room??
You made a great home for yourself!!
Can you tell me where you got the fake tree in the corner? I love how real it looks!
where did you get the dog? @jeremy cohen
He seems so chill. I usually never watch guy's apartments but this is nice
He seems like a sweetheart. Nice apartment too.
What a genuinely nice guy. Love his apartment. Such a cool and calm guy.
His Apartment Is Nice And He's Also GORGEOUS 🥰
I love how proud he is of his work and it shows.
Yes, we love when personality shines through!
An apartment with lots of natural light always wins for me!
The price is good for that apartment, specially that it has a balcony. Most places like that are much more. This guy has such a beautiful personality!
I'm loving this guy's vibe ❤️
Loved his apartment, so bright and warm. I think he has a great personality too, that pizza blanket, LOL. Matched him perfectly.

This space is really nice. Everything fits perfectly- no wasted space.

I like the apartment, but it's so funny that it's in Bushwick and he's an archetype of gentrification
Sorry I’m too dumb and don’t know much about NY.. what does that mean ?

I love Dorie!!! My kind of dog!
My grandparents lived in Bushwick until the late 1960s. Himrod street. 4th floor walk up. Turned into a ghetto for decades.
now THAT looks like a home where people actually live
Oh hey neighbor! I live in the same building haha
That's a steal for that apartment

3k for an apartment in Bushwick 🙄 The cycle never ends... So is 3k his portion or does he and the roommate split that cost?
Definitely split
Great channel. He seems very humble and he made a wonderful home!! New subscriber, i will keep watching.
I could walk to this guys house. I live right by Bushwick. About 3 blocks from Bushwick avenue.
Hey is your roommate Francis from North Baylon!? I think i grew up with him
