I made this today...I have tried several recipes in youtube for brownies..But this is the ultimate recipe. THE ONLY RECIPE FOR BROWNIES..I was sooooo satisfied about it..The only change I made in the recipe was I only added just a half a teaspoon of baking powder...Thank you Natasha..👍😘

Baked this at 10 pm! Excellent flavor and I'll surely be baking this more in the future. Just a heads up for people- 35 mins were too short and my brownie pan center was like a lava cake. The corner pieces were firm (and fudgy) though. I'm gonna try the full 40 mins bake time next. Thanks for the amazing recipe! 😍

Natasha, I made these last night. I used what I had: semi-sweet, unsweetened & Valrhona 70% chocolate w/ butter. Only 1c sugar, 1 tsp espresso powder (because it scares me!). I mixed in 1/4c semi-sweet chips. Oh so good! My husband will try them today. Thank you so much! 🤎

Today I was going to my friends and wanted to make brownies, i had already tried your other brownies recipe but this time i wanted to make fudgy brownies, gas chocolate in the fridge and i didn't even think for a second and gathered the ingredients and just started off. And trust me they were heavenly delicious. Even my friends couldn't resist. And i have guests over at night and another batch of these is in the oven. I made these twice in a day. That's a win win. Another thing I love love about your recipes is how flexible they are. You do put great thought in these! Keep up the awesome work. I can't ever say no to your recipes. For keto lovers all you need to do is replace the dark chocolates chip for ones with no sugar, sugar for keto friendly sweetener and white flour for coconut flour ( almond flour is ok too but coconut flour would work here best)

Tried a few recipes before and this is the best. My fam doesn’t like brownies that are too sweet so I reduced the granulated sugar to 3/4 cup and used chocolate chunk with 75% cocoa. It’s perfect. The centre is fudgy, the edge is chewy and taste super rich. Gonna try adding nuts/coffee to it next time. Lots and Lots of Love from Planet Ayurveda.
Hi, You have a great way to teach how to make various things. I need your help to know how to keep the brownie fresh for at least a week. When I make it, its freshness is not the same after about 3 days.

Recipe converted into metric measurements:
225 grams unsalted butter
320 grams semisweet chocolate chips
4 large eggs
6.2 grams instant coffe
13 grams vanilla extract
250 grams granulated sugar
85 grams all-purpose flour
6 grams baking powder
3 grams salt
40 grams/3 tbsp vegetable oil
50 grams unsweetend cocoa powder

Tried a few recipes before and this is the best. My fam doesn’t like brownies that are too sweet so I reduced the granulated sugar to 3/4 cup and used chocolate chunk with 75% cocoa. It’s perfect. The centre is fudgy, the edge is chewy and taste super rich. Gonna try adding nuts/coffee to it next time. Lots and Lots of Love from Planet Ayurveda.

Hi, You have a great way to teach how to make various things. I need your help to know how to keep the brownie fresh for at least a week. When I make it, its freshness is not the same after about 3 days.
You can wrap them up and freeze them or refrigerate, just make sure its airtight
My biggest mistake is watching your videos when I'm hungry😫😫the brownies look so delicious you killed them I give you 2 thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻
