Easy. Today's pop music fans love bland music that lacks any imagination at all. They have zerp appreciation for good quality vocalists and musicians, while applauding the awful, uncontrolled over-trilling of current pop stars. Watching typical music videos now, shows guitat players, who seldom if ever move their fret hand and vacalists who seem to have a range of 5 notes at best. Thank God there are many clubs where I live in CT where I can go and see super-talented local blues artists perform great live music that has not been watered down like all the pop crap.
SRV loved the music and who he played with. Watch his "wow" face when Jeff layed down that riff and SRV didn't try to upstage him, he just kept it moving in the right direction. Studs of Music both of them. Shout out to those that heard Jeff's show on the CBC One!

Not to mention the blues. Lovin it
That neither of these legends played by eyesight is a phenom in and of itself.
This was one of the rare moments that Stevie had performance anxiety in the presence of Sir Jeff.
And that would be a aw hell no, my friend.
I think srv had a habit of not upstaging anyone he played with you can see it when he played with Albert king and others
@@johnsimons9831 oh interesting. I'll have a watch
SRV loved the music and who he played with. Watch his "wow" face when Jeff layed down that riff and SRV didn't try to upstage him, he just kept it moving in the right direction. Studs of Music both of them.
Shout out to those that heard Jeff's show on the CBC One!
2 legends on the same stage. All the stars aligned that night.
You said it. This is 2 of the most talented musicians collaborating. I love Jeff Healey too. And look theyre both in Heaven
Jeff Healy!!! So much soul in his music…and he did steal the show…SRV was sweatin’ hard soloing after Jeff…like “holy shit…how do I top that…” two of the most energetic blues guitarists ever
God bless Jeff Healy and Stevie. AMEN ! pray with me brothers.
Two of the best guitarists to ever grace us with their presence and their talent!! It's so sad that they're both gone!! 😢❤
Yep they were guitar masters so sadly missed❤🇬🇧
